Cukup mengecewakan utk hotel bintang 5 pelayanan nya kurang memuaskan..mulai dari kamar yg lantai kamar mandi licin skali.. sudah minta dibersihkan tp ttp licin dan berpasir..botol2 air minum tidak dibuang selama 3jhari.. gelas tidak dibersihkan dan diganti yg baru..wastafel agak mampet.. instalasi listrik di kamar hotel merusak 2 chargeran cable saya..valet service sangat lama..di kamar banyak laba2..yg disukai hanya posisi pantai yg strategis..

AC panas...sempat diperbaiki, tapi tdk membantu banyak. Tv tdk menyala, diperbaiki dan ganti remote, akhirnya menyala. jadi banyak waste waktu dengan urusan perbaikan2. scr lokasi OK, 1 pantai dengan resort2 lainnya. Fasilitas lainnya kurg lebih sama dgn resort2 sekitar.

Meskipun hotel terlihat tua tp pelayanannya juara. wifi kenceng, free flow air minum, breakfast enak dan byk pilihan. syg kolam renangnya agak keruh. kamar sbnrnya bersih, cm krn dekat taman dan akses pintu ke taman bbrp kali dibuka tutup, alhasil ada nyamuk ikt msk ke kamar.
