Saya sangat menikmati pengalaman menginap di sini. Kamarnya sangat luas, tipe executive room dan saya sangat menyukainya. Karena ada ruang tamu, kamar tidur terpisah dengan ruang tamu. Saya juga menyukai suasananya, kolam renangnya sangat besar dan memiliki pemandangan terbaik.

Saya pesan kamar suite untuk bulan madu, pelayanannya sangat baik, makanannya enak, dan kalau pagi mau sewa sepeda juga bisa. Kolam renangnya juga bagus banget.

Menginap 4 hari 3 malam di Westin Ubud, check-in di malam hari saya disambut oleh staf yang mempersilakan kami duduk di lobi. Tak lama kemudian, staf lain membawa minuman selamat datang dan handuk dingin. Segar rasanya setelah perjalanan yang cukup jauh. Check-in tidak lama, penjelasannya juga sangat mudah dipahami. Ada aktivitas di hotel yang gratis dan berbayar. Sayangnya saya tidak sempat ikut. Kamar saya mendapat upgrade dari yang tadinya garden view menjadi pool view. Senang mendengarnya karena saya suka menghabiskan waktu duduk di luar menikmati pemandangan. Terima kasih Kamarnya luas, kamar mandinya juga luas, semua perlengkapan mandi lengkap, sabun, sampo, body lotion, sikat gigi hingga pengering rambut. Namun bathtubnya cukup minimalis dan tidak ada bath bomb. Sarapannya enak (kedel jagung dan baconnya enak) tapi karena menunya itu-itu saja, agak membosankan. Saya pikir setiap hari harus ada variasi. Ada jus segar juga, enak dan menyegarkan. Oh ya di hari terakhir karena penerbangan saya pagi, jadi saya minta sarapan awal dan diberikan breakfast box yang diantarkan ke kamar. Terima kasih Westin Ubud, liburan saya terasa lebih spesial dengan layanan bintang lima. Sukses selalu!

It was so great memory in The Westin Reosrt & Spaa Ubud. Staffs are so kind and friendly. My son had been hurt his leg on the street so he went hospital to cure his leg. after he came back to hotel he couldn’t move but hotel rented wheelchair and he could stay well. Also Ms,. Aldilla front office manager took care our family so we could stay very comfortable. I really appreciate everything. Also Widya who works in resturant helped us to had breakfast more comfortable and easily for my son. Also Pande who work at lobby bar gave us great experience to learn how to make coffee. Also made great cocktails to have fun. I don’t have good memories in Bali but if I visit Bali again it is only one reason ‘The Westin Resort & Spa Ubud. Thank you all.

My wife and I had an incredible stay at Westin Hotel and Resort. The staff’s dedication to guest satisfaction truly stood out. Everyone was incredibly nice and accommodating, going above and beyond to ensure our visit was memorable. We had booked a photoshoot session and a massage during our stay, but due to unforeseen maintenance issues, the power outage lasted longer than anticipated, requiring us to reschedule both activities. While this could have been a frustrating situation, the hotel turned it into an opportunity to showcase its exceptional service. They generously provided a complimentary transfer to a nearby coffee plantation and a massage session, which was absolutely amazing. The professionalism and care displayed by the staff made us feel valued and well taken care of. Despite the hiccup, we left feeling relaxed and grateful. This hotel truly knows how to make its guests feel special.

Overral sangat luar biasa. Hampir semua karyawan di Westin Ubud menerapkan 3 S (Senyum Sapa Salam). Namun, untuk bagian kolam renang dan bar pool, tolong tingkatkan menjadi 3 S (Senyum Sapa Salam). Makanannya enak dan kamar hotelnya sangat nyaman (Anda bisa mendapatkan upgrade kamar). Terima kasih Westin Resort Ubud.

Selama kami tinggal di sini, semuanya sempurna, dari sambutan resepsionis di depan, minuman selamat datang, handuk dingin langsung segar. Bell boy juga baik, sopan, pakai sandal saat masuk ke kamar tamu. Kamar hotel saya beri nilai 10 dari balkon luas, tempat tidur besar, tempat tidur sangat nyaman, kamar luas. Kamar mandinya sangat luas, sangat nyaman. Perlengkapan mandi termasuk teh putih adalah favorit saya! Handuk tersedia banyak, tidak perlu meminta terus. Sarapan saya beri nilai 9 per 10 mantap, variatif, makanan berkualitas dan chefnya selalu memeriksa kualitas makanan. Hospitality dari para staf hotel juga sangat ramah. Ketika saya ingin check-out, saya dibawa dan ditanya kesan dan pesan selama di Westin Hotel dan diberi voucher lagi Marriot Bonvoy! Kolam renangnya bagus, airnya bersih. Staf di kolam juga ramah, diajak mengobrol. Bahkan Saya dan anak saya memesan slush di bar kolam renang dan meminta biaya ke kamar kami, tetapi malah diberi 2 gelas slush gratis. Wow, ini membuat hati saya senang. Terima kasih Westin, hotel terbaik yang pernah saya kunjungi selama perjalanan 12 hari.
