Pelayanannya ramah dan sangat akomodatif. Petugas penginapan sigap langsung mengganti kamar, saat kami komplain mendapatkan kamar yang bau rokok, padahal sudah memberi catatan pemesanan agar disiapkan kamar non smoking. Susasana penginapan tenang dan dekat akses ke jalan utama.
