Informasi kontak admin yg tidak tersedia di tiket.com membuat customer kesulitan untuk checkin, namun setelah di lokasi dan sedikit menunggu, admin langsung kontak customer. Sebaiknya harap mencantumkan informasi kontak admin untuk menghubungi demi kemudahan bersama. Overall sangat memuaskan.

Ini katanya gk kepake ya, akun mereka ke heck orang, hati2 kalau mau pesan kamar ini langsung di t******** aja. Thx, harus dri tiket.com dihapus sih ini, karena kemaren kan udah aku laporin. Untuk gk sempat tf ke penipu. Itu kontak usernya bukan punya yg asli ya, overal kamar oke untuk staycation ok banget dan langsung bisa ke mall. Jdi aku langsung diurusin sma cs tiket.com untuk langsung ke user. Karena ada pembajakan di akun di user kamar ini. Sooo kalian bisa pesan di platfrom lain ya. Happy holiday ⛄️
