Gak lagi stay disini, image awal hotel ini tercermin dr resepsionisnya yg sama sekali tdk mencerminkan pelayanan jasa. Tidak sopan dan sombong

Baru masuk kamar sekitar pukul 7 malam
baru saja meletakkan barang yg di bawa
Lalu masuk ke kamar mandi
Dan pasang handuk utk alas kaki dan membuka cover toilet
Ternyata.....wc tidak di bersihkan ada bekas air kencing dan rambut rambut
Langsung berasa illfill bangetttt

Akhir nya pindah kamar
Malam ingin nonton film.. saluran HBO tidak ada..yaa ampuuunnn koq ngga ada sssiihhhh
keesokan Hari nya mulai kerja bereskan email...
Sedang kerja Listrik padam lebih dari 3x
Alhasil semua kerjaan yg belum sempat ke save ilanggggg...
Duhhh...nginap yg sama sekali tidak menyenangkan..

Located in Puri area, Jakarta Barat. The hotel is nice and cozy. The hotel amd the room is so clean. But too bad the room is too small for a service apartment. They provide microwave in every room. U can't get the high level floor, because only 1st - 5th floor is opened for service apartment. They have a nice swimming pool. And the staff have a fast respond of your need.

The room lighting was good, the area also not too noisy and good service. The room was clean enough even though I checked in very late. One thing that maybe needs to be improve is bugs free since I saw lots of ants everywhere like on the desk, in the bathroom, etc. However it was not that significantly crazy that made me grossed / freaked out, but maybe an ant repellent would be great :)

The room was very clean and it even had a microwave, plate, and bowl. The location itself was very strategic, and the staff was very helpful. I found it very peaceful and the bathroom was very clean also

I’m stayed here in March. Bed very comfortable, room and bathroom very clean, staff very friendly and helpful. A good find for travellers with lots of places to shop and explore close by and excellent value for money for the 5 star accommodation and service. I highly recommend this serviced apt hotel

Lovely fresh, modern and spacious rooms. Nice poolside area and decent gym. The staff were very friendly. Breakfast was decent but a larger selection would be good. Great standard of accommodation for the price, I would definitely stay there again.
