untuk fasilitas masih kurang lengkap dibandingkan dengan hotel lain yang harganya sama tetapi pelayanan yang diberikan sangat memuaskan dari mulai security, receptionist, housekeeping dll sangat membantu dan ramah
untuk breakfast juga kurang variatif, tetapi semua kekurangan tertupi karena lokasi yang ditengah kota dan para petugas yang ramah

Htl whiz memang ok banget. Di whiz daerah lain juga ok banget. Hrg jg ok. Sy selalu nginep di whiz jika ada htl whiz di tiap kota.

Hotel dan tiket.com mengambil kesempatan dalam kesempitan. Saya pesan 3mlm, tgl 23maret-26maret, lalu sy check out di tgl 24maret, jd yg terpakai cuma 1malam. karena ada kerabat di jkt yg kena covid 19. Jd sy harus pulang untuk melindungi keluarga. Saya minta refund untuk 2hari yg tidak sy pakai, tp alasan mereka sangat berbelit n memuakan. Sangat mengecewakan. Mereka ambil kesempatan dlm kesempitan di tengah situasi darurat covid 19.

Value for money. Clean enough. The bedsheets and pillow covers need improvement (banyak bercak nodanya). Only given 1 card. Didnβt try the food there. Staffs were friendly and helpfull. The location was good, near everywhere

Very Strategic place with a lot of entertainment and restaurant nearby. The place is nice and clean. Even though the room is kinda small but it's cozy to stay. Easy to find food nearby. The location of the hotel is nice too since in the center of the town and you can see a mountain or sea view from the hotel

Located at the city center. A lot of eateries near the hotel. Booking 3 rooms for my family. The rooms are clean and tidy. If your car can't park at the hotel, valet parking is available. Check-in and check-out run smoothly.

the hospitality is great, room is clean and neat and comfy, def would love to stay again next time. the food is so so.the location is near the city center as well as the well known Bakso Sony so it is great!
