Saya bingung harus gimana, soalnya sarapannya nggak dikasih tau kalo bakal dianter ke kamar.
Harusnya kalau ada pemberitahuan dong, kalo misalnya sarapannya dianter tidak prasmanan.

Menginap disini untuk isolasi mandiri 2 malam nginap di hotel ini, jadi agak sepi pengunjung. Kamar luar, pesan Deluxe Queen, di upgrae ke Executive Room, Kamar Luas, bersih, dapat Dilantai 15. Waiting Room bersih, dan luas cuma Kursinya aja Kotor karena warnya agak Puith, jadi nampak sekali kotornya, sedikit kecewa karena makan pagi atau sarapannya tidak prasmanan, jadi menu makanannya terbatas, hanya dapat nasi goreng, Mei Goreng atau Bubur Ayam (Pilih salah satu), Jadi untuk kelas Deluxe Queennya sarapan sangat bikin kecewa ya, untung dihari pertamanya prasmanan tapi itu juga menunya sangat terbatas tidak variatif. dah itu aja. kalo kamar top markotop dah.

Kami semua merasa nyaman menyinap di wyndhan. Hny saja ad 1 kekurangan yaitu ad barang anak sy yg tertinggal di kamar anehnya....
Saat cek out TDK ada informasi pdhl kamar akan di cek saat kita cek out. Sampai akhirnya sy telp sesampai sy di jkrt. Dan sy msh menunggu informasi berkenaan dg barang sy tsb. Mnrt reception akan di tanyakan ke bagian house keeping.

Ruangannya sangat besar dan memuaskan tetapi ruangnya tidak kedap suara karna diantara kamar lain ada pintu penghubung tp keadaan pintunya Dikunci. Mungkin pihak hotel bisa merenovasinya biar costumer bisa puas dgn kenyamanan.a karna kalau malam kemarin saya menginap sangat berisik kamar sebelah dan saya bisa mendengar mereka dgn jelas mungkin itu bisa diperbaiki kamar saya kmrin no 212.
Dan p.housekeepingnya kmrin ktka saya mau check out di membawa barang saya dan dia bilang mas bawak balon kan nggak boleh kayak ditkutin gitu padahal pas saya masuk mau check in kmrin satpam dan reservasi tau kalau saya bawa balon tsb dan kitika saya check in saya jg nggak ada pemberitahuan dan penjelasan dr operator bahwa tidak bleh membawa balon. Karna pas saya check in operator hanya menjelaskan tdk blh bawah peliharan seperti anjing dan jg nggak blh bawa durian dan sya enggak dijelasin pas check in klau tdk boleh bawak balon tp trus pas check out nggak ada masalah. Jd P. Housekeeping yg mengakat barang saya itu hanya menakuti shgga membuat saya merasa kurang nyaman

1st time stayed for 2Nights at this hotel, located Ulu area part of Palembang City.
Entering with the screen temparature and They put the wastafel outside also handsanitizer and fogging machine ( not sure but looks like electric fan put side the security check )
The design from Lobby so great and huge with Christmas decoration.
Finished check in and they gave welcome snack ( not welcome drink ) so a coupon can change at Lotus Resto, Really best taste of pempek kulit that I ever eat so yummy.
The room so cozy, bed so perfect clean and comfy 👍👍👍 I feels like in heaven.
Europe style lift from KONE, Room Card function well.
Breakfast so good serving, from Indomie food stall by own, local traditional till Western, the cutlery covered envelope brown. I do enjoyed all the food.
The pool with nice view beside the Gym area.
Last after check out, Thanks to you Ibu Su Lee so great to be your guest, also Thanks to you Pak Glen. All over the Employee great.
I would like to stay here again, Recommended to you that hotel close to the Opi Mall.

What a great view at wyndham. Pool is huge, food is delicious. We try all you can eat dimsum reccomendation from siu lie, jumin and bram. We love an atmosphere at pool. Staff is friendly especially anas n faruq. They are all so kind and fast respon. Will coming back immediately

Thank you Wyndham Opi Hotel Palembang for making my 3 weeks stay along with my teammates a wonderful one! The staff were very friendly and attentive specially mas Rizky,mas Anas, mas Agung, mba Ines, mba Syuniarti, mas Reza & mas Juki. The facilities in the hotel were very well taken care of, and mostly we loved the gym & pool area cause we did a lot of physical & Aqua training there. Thanks again Wyndham Opi Hotel Palembang, keep up the good work and looking forward to staying there again in 2021!

Such a nice surprise from Whyndam, especially mbak Nurika who came to our family room with birthday cake. it was unexpected, but it was make me felt so special.
The service was great. the room was huge and clean.
The pool was nice. The staff was very friendly and kind. Love it.
