Comfortable quiet living environment located strategically in Jln Yos Sudarso, close to ITC Cempaka Mas, Mall of Indonesia, Mall Artha Gading and KTC. Very limited parking space at night time, but vallet parking is available.

What you're thinking about this apartment? It seems like a good place to living. Near from mall, hospital and it will blow your mind. It's exactly what I needed.
However, staffs in parking area has not manner. They only good to people which give money to staffs. The valet parking's staff is ilegal. They usually close parking with cone so we cannot get park if we didn't pay them. Please management, invigated it.
But it's okay. To be completely honest, I still really liked this apartment because the location and best price.

Saya menginap beberapa hari disini, fasilitas disini lengkap. Ada minimart, laundry, dan food court kulinernya. Cuma menurut saya harga parkir disini lumayan juga. Hitungannya per jam. Untuk fasilitas lainnya menurut saya cukup. Kondisi apartemen lumayan. Security juga selalu jaga. Kebersihan juga bagus. Ada kolam renangnya juga.

Letaknya strategis, mau ke MOI, atau MKG lumayan dekat. Mau ke ITC Cempaka Mas juga sangat dekat bisa juga jalan kaki. Ruangannya cocok untuk keluarga baru (minimal 3 orang) soalnya agak kecil. Mau nyari tempat makan juga tinggal jalan kaki.
