Serius ni hotel mantep banget ga ngerti, ruangan eksekutifnya memuaskan harganya juga murah tp kualitas ga murahan. Seluruh karyawan dan staff asli ramah baik banget, kamar bersih, handuk sprei sarung bantal dll selalu diganti. Posisi hotel juga mantep deket mau ke braga, cihampelas, pvj. Bahkan kalo mau ke lembang juga jalanannya masih 1 arah. Mantep lah pokoknya yg terbaik untuk zest hotel sukajadi

Satu2nya hal yg disayangkan adalah jalanan didepan hotel yang amat sangat berisik. Kami mendapat kamar di lantai 6 dan menghadap jalan raya. Kamar tidak kedap suara dan jika malam hari banyak motor ngebut karena jalanan sudah lancar dan itu sangat amat mengganggu tidur kami. Akan lebih baik bila dr pihak hotel membuat kamar lebih kedap suara

Lokasi di sukajadi yang memang padat, namun persis di samping hotel ada gang kecil yang bisa dimanfaatkan untuk memutar. Sekitar 10-15 menit jalan kaki ke PVJ. Sarapan cukup enak dan lengkap untuk hotel budget. Pelayanan sangat cepat dan ramah. Kamar sangat nyaman dan bersih.

near pvj and many restaurants.
we stayed in their twin room, the room and bathroom is clean and quite spacious.
breakfast menu variety is enough for people who used to have a light meal in the morning.

For the price I paid, this hotel quite an option. The best part was its bedding. They use Lad* American* which even it isn't equipped with bed topper, but somehow it still felt so comfortable. I truly had a great sleep during the night. But I prefer softer pillow instead of what they have. The room pretty clean with decent size. It has also daybed at the window corner. The bathroom is clean, but could be cleaner since I saw some wall molds at shower room. The hairdryer was an option to asked. There is also a small safe deposit box for some valuables such documents, money, and a non large/bulky goods. It has clothes hanger and luggage stand, but no cupboard. The working table at the corner with proper size and also a water heater on it. The room is in proper lighting. But poorly, my room has a window/wall crack that makes the rain drops came inside during the hard rain.
The service was good. The room was comply with the Covid-19 protocol, which they gave you a door sign of disinfection implemented. They also arrange you breakfast time to comply with Covid-19 protocol with guests quantity restriction. They provide buffet style breakfast with some good options, but the hotel crews will help you to serve. The taste of its breakfast was ok.
The parking space was ok with 2 levels. They also has a rooftop cafe with sunset view during the afternoon when the weather is good.

This hotel is very helpfull, they have 24 hour check in system, but better you book from their site
so you able to come and check in in the morning, is near from Paris Van Java Mall, and the room also clean and nice,

first..it was a group trip and the hotel was decided by agent..in retrospective, i will choose another hotel..the AC is not well maintained, i ended by having flu at the a end of my trip..toilet, lets not go there.. food, salty...not so many choice (breakfast buffet, i mean)..the bed, awful...

Strategic location, walking distance to PVJ mall.
Quick check-in, dependable receptionist and staff.
Clean and comfortable room, not too spacious but okay. Pillows are a bit too thick for us.
Good quality and delicious breakfast.
Overall, affordable price,great value!
