Minggu tanggal 12 desember pukul 18.02 WITA (saat kejadian) saya yg menginap di kamar 305. Pengalaman saya terkait Hotel Zury Express Banjarmasin,, saya suka hotel nya. Tapi ada hal yg saya sayangkan sebagai berikut: Saya bolak balik 3 kali mencari parkir susah sekali, dapat saya pahami mungkin memang sedang ada event atau bagaimana di hotel zury express banjarmasin. Krn kebetulan saya lelah bolak balik, saya sampaikan ke security yg sedang berjaga parkir “pak saya nunggu dimobil aja, siapa tau ada yg keluar”. Dijawab: “GABISA PAK DISINI GA ADA VALEY, KAMI JUGA SIBUK”. Kalimat tersebut diucapkan dengan nada keras dan lantang. Ada kemungkinan security tersebut tidak mendengar dengan baik kalimat yg saya ucapkan sebelumnya,, tapi tetap saja jawaban tersebut dirasa salah. Jujur saya kaget sekali mendengar jawaban itu, Mohon untuk perhatikan kembali proses recruitment ataupun kerjasama dengan vendor yg menyediakan jasa keamanan. Carilah yg memang memiliki skill komunikasi yg sopan. Kenapa saya ingin parkir di hotel? 1. Krn bagian dari fasilitas. 2. Siapa yg menjamin mobil aman jika parkir diluar area hotel? Dalam hal management ingin menelusuri siapa security yg saya maksud, silahkan lihat cctv yg mengarah ke jalan ayani. Pada pukul yg saya sebutkan di atas.

Check in mungkin sekitar 10-15 menit, rada lama tapi sisanya memuaskan. Kamar bersih, sarapan juga enak, ada kue lupis yang enak. Untuk kamar mandi air panasnya bisa diatur tingkat kepanasannya, tempat pemanas juga bagus. Tapi untuk sandal dan alat mandi cuma diberikan satu, hanya handuk yang disediakan dua. Channel TV bisa ditingkatkan karena banyak yang bersemut dan channel yang tidak nyambung. WiFi bisa tersambung walaupun tidak terlalu kencang, untuk streaming Netflix tidak dianjurkan. Staff receptionist dan ketika sarapan juga ramah. Parkiran kalau ketika ada acara sangat penuh karena kecil. Menarik karena jendela bisa dibuka sehingga bisa menikmati udara segar.
