zuri express adalah hotel yg menarik dgn harga baik.. kamar bersih , ranjang nyaman , walaupun kamarnya tdk terlalu besar namun nyaman untuk 2org , tv dan ac bekerja dgn baik, kamar mandi bersih semua peralatan lengkap, lokasi cukup strategis ... dan banyak resto dan cafe sekitar hotel , so far okay , next kalo ke Palembang bakalan balik lg ke zuri

Pelayannnya kurang baikkk tlg dong ditingktn lagi. Masaaa noda pada sheet aja kena charge, ya saya paham sih itu sulit akan diangkat noda nyaaaa, setau dan sepengalaman sy sihh pernah menginap di hotel berbintang 4 slh satu dpalembang, bahkan noda lipstik tmn sy aja maaf bgt ga kena charge. Itu aja sihh sorry sy hanya mnrt penglman aja, dan sy phm dan mngrti masing2 kebijakan hotel dan mhn untuk sm2 koreksi aja. Dann samaa Guest aminitiesnya like totthbrush, slipper atau sendal. Masa dlm kmr hnya satu disediakan, pdhlkan sy udh buat 2orang menginap dkmr itu. Kuduu minta duluu ama FO nya saat shift mlm, mana kurang senyum saat sy mnta ituu, klo senyum kan enak tamu nyaman saat menginap. Mkasihh

Cerita yg sangat seru saat kemalaman memasuki kota Palembang, buka tiket.com hunting hotel terdekat n catched it. Saat membayar ehh di potong point jd hanya membayar rp. 38 rb😍 thanks TIKET.COM

Not bad hotel for backpacker trip : room space and facility, acses from airport 30 up to 45 minutes, at city centre, clean area, good service in front office, low price. But for improve management: breakfast menu and area, phone facility in room.
Over all not bad for backpacker or low spends

Stayed there for a night after long drive from Lampung.
Location is good, especially having gas station across the street, which give us - overland traveler - a very convenient place to fill up the tank.
Room is compact, but complete. Shower has a good pressure. Bed is superb especially after long drive. The complex has several dining options. This is also great.
Efficient service and fast! Recommended.

I could say this is the best budget/express hotel I’ve ever stayed in compared to other budget hotel brands. The staffs were very friendly and helpful. The room was nice and comfy. The wifi was down once but they managed to solve it. And the breakfast was really good, staff said the food were cooked in The Alts (ex Grand Zuri) so no wonder the taste was awesome

Clean room, delicious breakfast, and nice interior. The staff are kind. It is located nesar the central of the city so it will be easier for you to travel. I am going to spend a time here again next time!

Very low budget hotel, the room just have 1 small soap and 1 small bottle of shampoo, the room is smelly, don't have in room phone, if you want to order room service, must wall to the phone near the elevator, very not convenience . The room is small, even for 1 person.
