I recently was a member of a group of 18 cyclists from Canada that came to this hotel. It is very unique. It is family owned and operated and is geared towards cycling, hiking, and other sports. The hotel is not opulent, but cozy. The food is delicious, the location is lively, on top of a mountain, but not convenient in the urban sense. It feels like a rural home. The people running it are the most significant part. They are all very friendly and eager to please. Really lovely. After one day they knew all of our names and made us feel at home. We enjoyed cycling and the entire hotelier family running this hotel.

The hotel and area had activities for all ages. The staff can help with the information about the activities. The staff is multilingual also couldn't be more wonderful. Particularly Francesco is incredible and surpassed. They all are courteous, generous and friendly. The hotel and rooms are very clean, warm and comfortable. The restaurant is lovely and the food is good. They have a bar for guests needs cocktail and coffee. There is a wifi zone next to it. Back is a game room with games and pool tables connected to a little area for kids to play. In another part, they have a relaxation room with a kind of spa and a mini workout room. If you want a massage book in advance because the woman is brilliantly passionate and is the main misuse of the area. This hotel is so cute and ideal for weddings, events, a vacation, and weekend getaways. The hotel is ideal year round with all the activities. Parking is also provided.

After hiking in Monte Mata on a road study expedition, we had lunch at the hotels restaurant. It was undoubtedly a memorable lunch. We had hiked all morning and had gotten tired and hungry. We were pleasantly greeted and quickly seated in the bright, large dining area. Our menu included tuscan homemade pasta with tomatogarlic sauce, wild mushrooms soup, salad, and tiramisu. Everything was delicious, but the mushroom soup was unbelievable. It was served in a bread bowl and contained large pieces of mushrooms in a wonderful golden broth. Yum! After lunch, we returned to this fantastic region. As this meal is something I will never forget, I had to write this review.

We appreciate Francesco and the whole team at Hotel Le Marinate for making our trip in south tuscany so memorable. It takes about 20 minutes to drive from the hill to the hotel, but you can go to every stunning location in South Tuscany in an hour. You can really appreciate the stunning scenery, beautiful cities, delicious food, and wineries in this beautiful region of Italy. Just ask the staff for advice! There is plenty of space to relax in the hotel, and be sure to take your dinner time to sample the cuisine and wines. We wish you many thanks once more for making our trip special and hope to see you soon!.

The staff was so friendly, as francesco was friendly and greeted us as we got ready to check in and start our trip to Italy. We stayed three fantastic days here. They also have good accommodations in separate villas just steps from the main hotel. The condition of the place was very relaxing, especially for the breakfast which was really good and with the beautiful scenery.
