In 2019 when my family and I visited Rome from U. I. and stayed at this hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. Our vacation in Rome was so wonderful and memorable last year.

I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Rome and will definitely come back. It's in a great location, close to the city center that you can easily walk but away from the hustle and bustle. This is the ideal location if you want to go for a run in the morning, just next to the park. The breakfast is excellent and the staff are very efficient and friendly. The room is nice, a bit on the warm side with everything you need.

This place has an amazing location, the hotel team, and everyone did their very best. All of them are really friendly, thank you for that! But the hotel needs full renovation. It so happened that during our 2 night stay, we changed 3 rooms, the photos attached are true to our last one. In the first room, we couldn't sleep at night because tram plying every 10 minutes even at night in the second one had a pungent chlorine smell, and there was a constant ventilation noise in the third room that made you sleep like you were in an airplane all night. All rooms were in terrible shape, and even the furniture and bathroom equipment were full of shabby. And there isn't any sound insulation overall. Although I'm not used to hear the neighbors' voices, good news, towels, linens, and bathrobes were good.

6 women want a long weekend. We wanted something elegant, lovely, and ideal for us. This completely met our expectations. The receptionists couldn't do enough to assist us, and we were given very nice service right away. The weather was bad, very wet, but this didn't bother us. The concierge called and reset our hotel for us on the day we came on the highway but it was wet, before they even had hot water in our rooms, so we didn't have to worry about it. They also recommended superb eateries. They are lovely, they are elegant to match the hotel not uber modern, a nice bed and a traditional bathroom. Reviews have commented on the noise. Yes, trams go up and down but unless the windows are open, we didn't really notice that much, and we all live in houses with no traffic so we would notice. Excellent breakfast. Bar employees also are very attentive. We used the complimentary bus to their fullest. Again, our departure was fixed by reception staff. faultless. I would definitely return, stay longer and stay in warmer dry weather.
