We were glad we picked this hotel, it’s so convenient to the main attractions, a short walk from the Duomo, train stations and trams but hustle and bustle of restaurants is not far away. The hotel was clean tidy, roomy and had everything you needed including decent size towels and mini shampoo/ shower gels etc I would recommend and not hesitate to stay again. Breakfast was also good.

A 10 minute walk from Florence main train station. And it is close to a lot of good restaurants. The place is well maintained and the smell of their hotel is so good. The breakfast is really good. Dont miss the mini pistachio croissant. The staff was very helpful and friendly. From calling us a taxi service, to actually getting a map to show us what and where to go around the city, it just feels like an old school warm and sincere hospitality which is very rare this days, specially from a hotel service.

Such a cute quaint hotel nicely located on an alley with easy access to almost everything in Florence. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and the staff was super friendly and accommodating.

Entry of the hotel is nicely maintained with a lovely sitting room. Hotel staff for accommodating and warm, and our room was clean, with a great firm bed. Good continental breakfast and a nice small bar for drinks in the evening. Overall, an excellent experience.

The room was very clean and called a family room. A small sitting area with a twin bed and main room with a king bed was well appointed for three people. The hotel was difficult to find from the street, because the hotel sign was partially missing and not lit up. The breakfast each morning was a nice touch. The desk staff did not have dinner recommendations when we got in our first night. Suggesting that desk staff knows local restaurants that are within 5 minutes for good, pasta, seafood, gelato and pizza. We were tired and didn’t want to go far with a 6 year old. The desk staff did give us a map. The hotel was walkable to the Duomo, the art galleries, shopping and close to the the train station.

Art Atelier is such a nice hotel to stay in to explore all Florence has to offer. The staff are so friendly and accommodating. The rooms are spacious and the beds are comfortable. The breakfast each morning is so wonderful. A highlight of our trip. Would definitely stay here again!

Staff was outsting from the beginning to the end. I appreciate all the gelp and support James gave m during my stay. At the breakfast area, I was pampered by the a female staff (unfortunately don't know her name) that make me feel like I was the most important guess in the entire hotel and I really and truly appreciate that. Without a doubt, my best whole Italy experience was in Florence and Art Atelier is a big part of it. Thanks for such an incredible experience...
