Efter en lidt træls start, hvor jeg ikke fik det bestilte værelse, så fungerede alt til perfektion. Oveni blev der flot kompenseret for den første nat i andet værelse - god service. Hotellet ligger meget centralt i en stille sidegade - kun 5 min spadseretur til banegården. 2 min til Mercato Centrale og 5 min til Duomoen. Superior værelserne er store med god plads. Hotellet er ikke nyt, hvilket man kan se på skabe etc på værelset. Men sengen er god, badeværelset opdateret og stort. Morgenmaden er efter italienske forhold righoldig og der er noget for enhver smag. Personalet er venlig og hjælpsomme, og personligt oplevede jeg en rigtig god service. Mit andet ophold her, og ved nu man trygt kan komme tilbage, da service og standard tydeligvis gennem flere år har holdt sig på top.

We loved this hotel! It’s on a quiet street only a few minutes walk to everything! The room is large, especially by European standards. We had a whole sitting area and a large bathroom. We were there for 5 nights and could spread out and be comfortable. Breakfast was delicious, lots of healthy choices! The whole hotel looks recently renovated. The staff was amazing, and found me a doctor who came to the hotel when I got sick. And location location location! Incredible restaurants, and a few minutes walk to the leather market, the Mercado Central and most of the sites! We loved our stay and would stay again!

Parking is close to the hotel, just make sure you go to the correct one! (it's around the corner, not at the end of the block). The hotel was perfect in every way... affordable, convenient, clean, and a great breakfast. Great value for the price.. we would stay here again!

O quarto que ficamos é em uma extensão do hotel do outro lado da rua, então tem que atravessar a rua para tomar café, no mais as pessoas foram muito educadas e prestativas, o quarto muito bom e confortável, e para quem vai de carro tem estacionamento que se der sorte pode deixar o carro sem pagar em frente a um outro hotel na principal avenida da cidade onde deixamos, o café da manhã estava perfeito, localização maravilhosa perto de tudo
