Perfect location. Less than 10 min walk from train station. 3 min walk to Duomo. Near upscale shopping and plenty of cafes to eat and drink at are nearby. Only negative is the street smelled a bit but I don’t think that’s the hotels fault.

Where do i begin? During our numerous trips to italy, this hotel provided one of the nicest experiences weve ever had. The hotels beds were extremely comfortable, and the hotel is immaculate. My daughter and 5yearold granddaughter traveled to it for the first time with three generations, and your staff made it so special for us. For the three of us, our lodgings were quite cozy. In every way, the staff here is topnotch. Before we even asked, they gave us plates and utensils for our takeout dinners despite the fact that there was no restaurant in the hotel! We received excellent service! There are so many to mention, but i adored stania, alberto, sara, and my 5 yrold granddaughter, and Mateo were in love! This hotel is kidfriendly! Stefania is such a sweetheart. She made any arrangements we required while we were there! She also expedited a backpack we left behind to our next hotel in rome. On our next trip to florenza, we will most certainly go back to your hotel. I hope to see you again soon!.

I stayed at this wonderful hotel for 6 nights while visiting the city of florei. There is no better location for a hotel while staying in florei. Santa Maria Novella train station is less than 10 minutes walk from the hotel when you arrive in florence by train. Tip, there is a subterranean walkway that you can take from outside the station. One of the exits is at piazza dell 'Unita italiana, where there is an obelisk in the square. The underground walkway and exit ramp make it much easier to transport your wheeled luggage to the hotel. The hotel entrance is on the busy road de cerretani. Piazza del duomo is a 5minute walk from the hotel. Piazza della signoria is a 10minute walk. Most of the top sights to see in the city are within a 15minute walk from the hotel. The hotel staff service throughout my stay was friendly, warm and professional. My room was very spacious, modern and comfortable. The view from my room was nothing special. There was no outside room noise which was bothersome during my stay. The bed was very comfortable and a great place to sleep after a long day of exploring the city. The bathroom and shower were great, with a good selection of toiletries. The room had a large closet, a coffee & espresso machine, and a safe for a 14 mm laptop. The room fridge had enough space to store my own water bottles. There were many tv channels in italian, with few options in other languages. The wifi signal was good and stable. The desk was small but large enough to use my laptop. The hotel breakfast was very good. The food selection was varied, with the option to order your own eggs style. In conclusion, i had a great stay at the hotel and am happy that i chose it as my accommodation during my stay in florence.

In the middle of february, we stayed in a superior queen room there. On the table next to the bed, they have placed a lovely welcome message with a chocolate box. All of Florences main attractions are within walking distance of the hotel. Additionally, it is close to a number of cafes, restaurants, and shopping centers. The hotel is lovely, and the room was tidy and spacious. The only issue we encountered was the odor, which was present at the foyers entrance and occasionally in the room. The scent was unpleasant, and they attempted to place perfume scent in the lobby to mask the scent, but it was too strong. Additionally, our shampoo container wasnt filled before we checked in.

First time in italy, and after traveling for 24 hours, we arrived at the hotel, which was decorated in the style of Audrey hepburn, and were greeted with a friendly smile and a beautiful room! Although there was no view, we were there to see the city! Breakfast was delicious! Based on reviews, we were nervous, but it turned out to be perfect! The customer service was excellent! Would definitely stay here again! We didnt want to leave!.
