Right in the centre of the Centro storico. In the central Piazza. Walk to the lake to take a swim in the morning. This hotel (and their restaurant Olina) do everything their own way. They are original, but everything they do works perfectly. Amazing breakfast on the Piazza. Please Don't dine anywhere else than Olina. (And try the Filete or the polpo grillata!!)

Posizione centralisima sulla Piazza e camera molto bella e particolare; completamente differente dalle solite camere d'hotel abituati a vedere. Seppur una camera con una certa età, noi ne siamo rimasti affascinati.

La chambre était très grande et l'idée de la douche dans la chambre (sans porte) est vraiment originale et super ! L'hôtel est vraiment très bien situé au milieu du village d'Orta et c'est un endroit vraiment authentique et entourés de commerces et de restaurants. Le restaurant Piccolo Hôtel Olina est à proximité et c'était vraiment délicieux et un super service avec le personnel quadrilingue. Orta est vraiment un endroit magnifique et idéal pour promenades romantiques et découvertes de produits locaux excellents (vins, huiles, pâtes, fromages , ...) :-)

Wir hatten uns sehr wohl gefühlt in jeder Hinsicht ... das Hotel frisch saniert, sehr geschmackvoll und z.T. pfiffig eingerichtet..leckeres und ausgiebiges Frühstück... ruhige Lage ... verkehrsfreier Ortskern ... deshalb anfänglich etwas schwierig zu finden. Um mit dem Auto bis zum Hotel zu kommen, benötigt man eine kurzfristige polizeiliche Erlaubnis, was das Hotel organisiert, wenn man die einigermaßen genaue Ankunftszeit dort mitteilt.

Litt spesielt hotell. Flott belligenhet, gratis minibar (vann og juice), balkong ut mot den lille plassen i sentrum, privat badeområde rett utenfor sentrum. Vi rakk ikke frokost da vi måtte dra tidlig, men område der frokost ble servert så fint ut.

Il posto è da visitare fuori stagione: il paesaggio è incantevole, si possono fare tranquille passeggiate lungo il lago, ci sono cose interessanti da vedere. L'albergo è da consigliare per l'arredo essenziale, di tipo scandinavo, e per l'ottima prima colazione.

Il faut savoir que la réception n'est pas dans l'hôtel mais à 1 min à pieds... là le personnel est très agréable, accueillant, arrangeant. par exemple ils nous ont offert d'utiliser gratuitement une carte de parking pour le parking couvert à proximité ! La chambre est très bien située et donne sur la place principale : il y a un peu de bruit le soir, mais c'est tout à fait logique et parfaitement calme le matin. Le reproche que je ferais est sur l'éclairage insuffisant de le salle de bain, et faible au niveau de la douche. Cette douche est tout simplement parfaite à deux, il faut savoir qu'elle est constituée de parois vitrées et est située dans la chambre. Le matelas un peu trop mout à notre gout... un autre plus, le minibar est gratuit : eaux, jus d'orange, thé.

Orta is a beautiful little town. Hotel was in the middle of the square perfect setting. Very quirky place. Cool but felt like they ran out of money when finishing refurbishment. Great breakfast.
