The location of the hotel is in the center of the village, and also the staff were very friendly and helpful, the rooms were spacious and well-equipped, and I recommend a delicious breakfast. And that makes me love my stay, especially since I can sleep well. I've managed to reach every area of Alicante and its surrounding area easily.

We were met very friendly and checked in efficiently when we arrived. The room was appropriate in size and clean. It was impossible to sleep with an open window due to the waterfall right outside our room because of the lack of air conditioning. The breakfast menu was very limited, it was also very slow and there was poor service for 2 out of 3 days we were hungry every morning after 68 hours of hiking in the mountains, the limited breakfast offered was not compatible with that!.

The hotel had a nice house, with a beautiful room and a great reception. The staff is very friendly and try to help as much as possible. The room was so big and modern. There should have been more hooks for storing clothes. When you go out, the electricity completely goes out, and there is no charge for smartphones or computers. Every day, cleaning went miss. Breakfast could be much better, and breakfast staff is not very interested in serving guests.

I spent one week skiing in January 2020. Very good location, near the lift and village centre, just by river with beautiful views. Very good spacious rooms, very good food. Pleasant service. Great skiing area.

We had a great meal at the hotel restaurant but we were staying at my open hotel. Wonderful welcome, good service and delicious food. Amazing wine selection! Very nice bar for aperitif or nightcap.
