Desk staff Aurora and Joseph were exceptionally helpful and friendly. We came in early on Sunday and Aurora helped us get to mass on time. Joseph steered us well to dinner in the evening.

We loved the hotel and we loved Florence. The front desk staff was phenomenal and so helpful. They were very friendly. The breakfast every morning was delightful. We had to leave early in the morning before breakfast was open and they had a breakfast bag for us for our travels. So thoughtful! I highly recommend this hotel.

Lovely hotel in a fantastic location with easy walking distance to main attractions and the station. The room itself was nicely decorated with comfortable beds and a nice view from our window too. Breakfast was great. Everything was fresh and tasted good. The hotel was a bit pricey but to be expected for the location.

I had a great trip. OK the room and the bathroom were small and there was no view but I was only in my room to sleep. All the staff were very friendly helpful and all of the prime attractions in Florence are within easy walking distance. Within a few minutes walk is a good choice of restaurants and staff there were friendly and helpful too. Already planning my next visit.
