A lovely family room with plenty of space for my husband and I and our teenage daughter. Hotel staff were very helpful and courteous. A great breakfast selection. Great location, nearby to all we wanted to see within our stay. Thank you!

Brilliant hotel, very close to all the sites in Florence. Staff were extremely helpful and polite. Only downside would be the bar wasn't open on the evening and there was some renovations taking place that we wasnt aware of, but would recommend staying here!

Lovely stay overall, the staff was excellent, breakfast options were plenty. Awesome location within walking distance of major sights and the central market was around the corner. Our bathroom set up wasn't ideal, with only a rainfall showerhead and a very low sink with a faucet that made it difficult to wash my face at night, but they did provide washcloths, which was great. I'd stay at this property again.

Such an amazing last minute find. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was so good everyday. The room is nice and big. We also had a great view. Would recommend and stay again.
