At best, a four star rating is a misfortune. The only thing I can say about this hotel is that it's only five minutes from the airport, has a clean bathroom and good water pressure. This hotel needs an entire update and overhaul. The front desk is unfriendly. Towels like paper. Push-button phones in the 1980 s were so dirty that you didn't want to pick them up. Carpets are dirty. You can do better elsewhere.

I can't wait to return next summer. When I arrived at this hotel, I saw who works here, everyone is very positive and friendly. Everyone was kind and helpful. I was really happy to say so because I adored everything. The hotel appears to be in a natural forest. Fresh air and a beautiful sea. Really nice people. Thank you for everything

I will definitely recommend this hotel to my friends and family. This hotel is in a strategic location. With breakfast included, I stayed in a twin room at this hotel for two nights with my buddy. The staff is very friendly and very attentive to guests' requirements. The location is close to the tram stop, which takes you to the center of Florence in 20 minutes. The room was in orderly condition and quite clean. The cleanliness of the structure and rooms is a plus. The room has all the comforts, is very well-kept, and is in perfect condition.
