Central location is the best bit- walking distance from every thing! However not value for money- old bed, rooms and very tiny bathrooms Breakfast was ok Staff were polite and stored our luggage until check in time

A recepção do funcionário ao chegar não foi boa. Não sei o nome do funcionário, mas ele foi muito rude. A localização do hotel é excelente! Perto da estação de trem, e dos pontos turísticos da cidade. O quarto e a suíte eram bem simples. Pedi cama de casal, mas eram 2 de solteiro juntas. Para quem quer um lugar só pra dormir, vale pelo custo benefício.

No me gustó que mi habitación era muy ruidosa, se escuchaba todo y varias veces me despertaba en la madrugada por el escándalo. Decidí quedarme una noche más y el precio sube excesivamente, si me hubieran comentado antes, mejor cambiaba de hotel. Lo bueno es la cercanía con la estación de tren y los lugares de interés. El desayuno nada excepcional.

Soggiorno in famiglia a firenze due notti. Stanza molto spaziosa, pulizia non eccessiva, (la ventola dell'aria in bagno aveva uno strato di polvere accumulata da anni), odore di cibo (la finestra dava sui tetti delle case e ristoranti vicini). La prima notte qualcuno ha fumato nei corridoi e nella stanza c'era un puzzo di fumo fastidioso. Hotel vicino al centro, facilmente raggiungibile a piedi dalla stazione. personale gentile.

The location was great and clean but the hotel is run down- keys never worked properly, no hot water in 3 days(luke warm), tiny bathrooms, noisy, etc. We would not stay again!

O que posso dizer é que a localização é FANTASTICA, no entanto o resto deixa a desejar para ruim. Café da manha HORRIVEL, serviço duvidoso, ´pois minha reserva incluia wifi que não funcionou durante toda estadia de 5 noites, tinha inclusão de banheiro privado com banheira de imersão, porem foi um banheiro super simples com box micro, recepção grosseira e desrespeitosa para com minha companheira esta inclusive assediada, limpeza muito ruim do quarto, e ainda quiseram cobrar pelo ar condicionado, o que não paguei visto a falta dos outros serviços. Recomendo pela localização que é perto de tudo, tudo mesmo. Minha classificação, bom para razoável.

36度くらいあるとても暑い日にチェックイン後、エアコンのリモコンがなく、外出時にフロントに伝えた所、戻った時にリモコンを渡すと言われました。戻った時ににリモコンを渡されましたが4個くらい試したがエアコンは機能せず。汗がどんどん出てき耐えれる状況ではない事をフロントに言うと1時間交渉した後扇風機を用意された。それでも暑く、窓を開けると通りがうるさくて寝れる状況ではなく、部屋を変えてもらう事を言ったがソールドアウトと言われて、スタッフが天井に登って30分ほど見てエアコン動いたと言われました。しかし送風で涼しくならずで諦めて、送風の熱波と扇風機とで暑いまま朝まで過ごしました。疲れて早く寝たいところを夜中10〜12時まで2時間交渉にかかり無駄な時間を過ごしたのと暑い部屋で余計に疲れたのと、スタッフの最悪な対応にがっかりなホテルでした。他の方がチェックインしてるところを見ましたが、ホテルキーとエアコンのリモコンだと渡していました！そこで気づきましたが、最初からエアコンが壊れた部屋だとホテルは把握していたのを隠していた事も許せません。
