Really only good things to say about this hotel. Location, cleanliness, value for money, staff -were all excellent. Thanks to Deborah and the breakfast staff, and Leonardo (di Caprio) who always were keen to help woth a smile on their face. Ciao!

Very Good price-service relationship for short trips. The breakfast is varied (mostly Italian type), the people at the front desk are kind. The room was quite big also. The only “bad” thing is that during the night is noisy outside so my sister had some problems to sleep well.

No me gustó que mi habitación era muy ruidosa, se escuchaba todo y varias veces me despertaba en la madrugada por el escándalo. Decidí quedarme una noche más y el precio sube excesivamente, si me hubieran comentado antes, mejor cambiaba de hotel. Lo bueno es la cercanía con la estación de tren y los lugares de interés. El desayuno nada excepcional.

Not a good experience. I understand you get what you pay for, but our room smelled like sewage and smoke. The bathroom smelled horrendous and we had to keep the door closed at all times and open our window to air out the room while we were gone. Also, when we arrived, I had booked 2 rooms in advance. It was not a smooth check in whatsoever. The man at the check in counter was extremely rude. He was instant that I only had one room when I showed him my booking receipt and confirmation email. He told us to come back later without resolving the issue. Luckily, when we came back it was a new, more friendly worker that made check in smooth.

Stanza minuscola, bagno cieco, con una doccia 50x50. Lenzuola sporche e puzzolenti. Cattivissimo odore in tutta la stanza. Lo scinsiglio vivamente! Pagato non poco per una sola notte.! Pessimo!

36度くらいあるとても暑い日にチェックイン後、エアコンのリモコンがなく、外出時にフロントに伝えた所、戻った時にリモコンを渡すと言われました。戻った時ににリモコンを渡されましたが4個くらい試したがエアコンは機能せず。汗がどんどん出てき耐えれる状況ではない事をフロントに言うと1時間交渉した後扇風機を用意された。それでも暑く、窓を開けると通りがうるさくて寝れる状況ではなく、部屋を変えてもらう事を言ったがソールドアウトと言われて、スタッフが天井に登って30分ほど見てエアコン動いたと言われました。しかし送風で涼しくならずで諦めて、送風の熱波と扇風機とで暑いまま朝まで過ごしました。疲れて早く寝たいところを夜中10〜12時まで2時間交渉にかかり無駄な時間を過ごしたのと暑い部屋で余計に疲れたのと、スタッフの最悪な対応にがっかりなホテルでした。他の方がチェックインしてるところを見ましたが、ホテルキーとエアコンのリモコンだと渡していました！そこで気づきましたが、最初からエアコンが壊れた部屋だとホテルは把握していたのを隠していた事も許せません。
