The single room was adequate, nothing special, and the bathroom needs renovation. After, the coffee and desserts were excellent. Subsequently, there were no vegetables in the breakfast except for tomatoes, one type of cheese, or one kind of ham. Thereafter, they served simple breakfast with only tomato, cheese sauce, etc. Hereupon, this hotel doesnt fit in its official 4star category in italian, so i give it a 4, but ive given it more like 3.5 because ill dont think this place fits in its official fourstar rating in that country.

This is a typical hotel that claims to be 4 stars, but the facilities are not close to what should be rated as if it were ranked as 5 stars. The breakfast is good and has penned up pies, hams, coffee, bread, etc. Staff are very helpful and helped us with every request we made. Minibar prices are out of date, bottles of water are 2.5 euros. We spent 5 euros just because we were so thirsty when we entered our room and had to drink water. For me, water should either be free in the hotel or at utmost price to cover the service cost, 2.5 euro per bottle is really too much.

This place offers excellent value for the money, with nice, clean rooms and breakfast, making it convenient to explore the city center and sightseeing options. However, i would like to highlight the staffs exceptional professionalism and friendliness. My son misplaced a purse with prepaid cards, mobile connectors, and other items. The front office manager, Giovanni Regine, Francesca, And Cristina C located it and made contact with me again and again to assist me in receiving it overseas despite the fact that it was incredibly complicated, they have been extremely cordial, systematic, even demonstrating their cause! Many thanks, brothers, francisco, undisclosed!.

The hotel was spotless in a peaceful neighborhood, breakfast was included in the price, parking in and around the area is simple but you may need to pay, they have late checkin, and the beds were very comfortable!.

The hotels overall decor style is a little antiquated, with shabby wooden furniture and comparatively small elevator doors. The room layout is more homey, and the space is relatively large. There is greater enthusiasm among the service personnel. Although the location is somewhat out of the way, the hotel can arrange for cabs for you.

We are really happy! Excellent breakfast, nice and clean rooms, and comfy mattresses! A wonderful paradise for relaxing and a good connection to the center of Lanzai. We came back for the first time.

The location is a bit far from the center of milan, but you can get there easily by taking the 372 bus on the opposite side of the road and then taking line 1 metro for 10 stops! The rooms are quite standard and very comfortable! Breakfast is okay, could use more options but still very good! And their service is very nice.

We stayed one night, the staff was helpful and kind, generally good value for money. Good breakfast buffet with a wide variety of sweet and savory options. The structure is dated, as are the rooms. But we found everything clean.
