It was a friendly family run hotel with very good food. The restaurant was clearly very popular with locals. When we arrived the dining room was almost full of non residents. However they had kept a table for us despite us having not made a reservation. We tried their tasting menu which was very good.

For a short stay of 1 day without any expectations, its okay. But overall not a place for us. Room is outdated, aircoditioning is noisy. I have red itchy spots all over my hands and feet. Don't know if it's from the grass outside, or from something in the room. We left a day earlier because of the overall experience. It's a kind family who runs the hotel and restaurant.

Posizione: comodo un po’ a tutto, ma solo se si e’ in macchina. Ampio e comodo parcheggio. Voto 4 Servizio: Molto scadente. In ritardo di mezz’ora sull’ora di inizio delle colazioni. Problemi con la card della porta. Personale che da' l'idea di essere svogliato e decisamente poco accogliente. Voto 1 Cibo: Consiglio vivamente di stare alla larga dal ristorante. 50 euro a testa (senza vini) per una cena banalissima. Ho mangiato solo per fame, altrimenti avrei fatto portare indietro il primo di pesce (salatissimo). Secondo di carne piu' che banale. Discreta tartare di antipasto. Voto 1 Camera: molto ampia, pulitissima, silenziosa e ben arredata (letto forse un po’ corto). Bagno ampio e pulito, ma manca il bidet! (e ci sarebbe anche stato come spazio). Voto 3 Confort: zona molto silenziosa, riscaldamento adeguato. ottimo isolamento acustico delle altre stanze. discreto materasso. Voto 4 Colazione: molto banale, nulla di artigianale, non eccelle neanche nelle quantita. Pochi croissant, nessuna torta. Voto. 2

Hotel und Hotelanlage sehr schön. Mit dem Auto 5 Minuten nach Pisa. Es war etwas hektisch, da zwei Tage hintereinander jeweils eine Hochzeit im Hotel stattfand. Wir haben den Aufenthalt dort trotzdem genossen, da das Zimmer sehr schön war. Das dicke Ende kam zum Schluß - Hotel hat beim Check-out die Rechnung abkassiert - zuhause habe ich dann gesehen, dass Expedia die Übernachtungen ebenfalls schon abgebucht hatte. Auf E-Mails reagiert das Hotel nicht. Ich bin verärgert und muss jetzt meinem Geld hinterherlaufen.
