Sehr familienfreundlich, saubere neue Unterkunft für uns 8.Der Pool ist absolut ausreichend und das Gelände herrlich für Spaziergänge.Eine Klimaanlage wäre noch ganz nett aber durch die Mückenvorhänge an den Fenstern kann man super lüften.Die Lage mitten in der Marrema ist ideal für Ausflüge!

Unser Appartment war großzügig und mit eigentlich allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Das Mobiliar ist zwar schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber noch in gutem Zustand. Am Pool gab es neue Liegen und man hat immer einen Platz bekommen, da sich alle daran gehalten haben, dass man z.B. während seiner Essenszeit die Handtücher mitgenommen hat und somit die Liegen frei wurden. Nach 23 Minuten war man an den Stränden in und um Follonica. Einfach herrlich, flachabfallend, feiner Sand und klares Wasser. Abends in 5 Minuten in Massa Marritima mit kleiner Altstadt. Hier sind auch die nächsten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.

Ristorazione con una buona scelta dati i menù per le Mezze Pensioni/Pensioni Complete e la possibilità di mangiare alla carta presso l'Osteria con pizze e cucina toscana. Unico appunto: un filo in più di cura negli appartamenti che sono molto carini sarebbe il modo più giusto per valorizzare maggiormente la struttura.

Dit is een zeer mooie locatie. Wij zaten op de 2 appartementen op de eerste verdieping met uitzicht op Massa Maritemma. 's Avonds een heerlijke bries. Groot zwembad en park is ruim opgezet. Voor boodschappen moet je rijden, een Conad en Coop 5km verderop. De Conad heeft daarbij een goede electrische lader.Aandachtspunt: behalve keukenlinnen zijn er ook geen wijnglazen in huis. Neem die mee! Bedden zijn tikkeltje te hard en er is geen vaatwasser.

Nice swimming pool, but had to pay extra for 2 lounge chairs, as only 2 are foreseen per accommodation. Breakfast was ok, but could do with a better restocking, and clearing of tables. Car needed as the resort is not close to a town centre. Nive views of the Tuscan country side. Very bad 4G reception and no WiFi in the appartement, only WiFi available at reception. Appartement was nice, clean and big enough for 4, but lacks a dishwasher in the kitchen.

Boende i enkel men ok standard. Mycket trevlig personal i receptionen. Fint poolområde. Ca 25 min till havet med bil. 10 min till närmaste butik med bil. De två restaurangerna på området drevs i separat regi - Personalen där var inte överdrivet trevlig. Vi upptäckte att vi hade råttor/möss på rummet som åt upp vår frukost. Inte särskilt trevligt men efter byte av rum så var det ok, även om det hanterades mycket bra av respekten så drar det ner betyget ordentligt

Nous avions réservé une chambre confort mais à part la literie il n y avait pas vraiment de confort,. Salle de bains dans son jus, WC qui fuit aucune structure pour ranger et poser les affaires de toilette, douche sans pommeau et qui fuit et frigo qui ne refroidit pas. Chambre très sombre sans clim et proche du lieu du spectacle donc très bruyant... Structures extérieures satisfaisantes mais pas assez de transat à la piscine tout le monde laisses les serviettes et vont manger. Deux machines à laver et un seul sèche linge car interdit de faire sécher son linge devant sa chambre pas d endroit prévu. Petit déjeuner pas adapté aux nombres de personnes présentes, une seule machine à café sur 3 qui fonctionnent, pas de assiettes.... Selon l heure ou vous arrivez il ne y a plus trop de choix. Bref pour le prix d une chambre confort le rapport qualité prix n y est pas du tout. Conclusion nous je reviendrons pas.

Struttura bella, anzi molto bella, camera bella e 1. colazione ottima. Ma con delle pecche incomprensibili e ingiustificabili.... ... Check in alle 16 e check out alle 10, cioè l'albergatore ha inventato la giornata di 18 ore, ... Piscina inaccessibile, contrariamente alle informazioni della prenotazione, ... Connessioni telefoniche e wifi possibili soltanto nelle aree esterne, ... Il lucernario sopra la porta della camera illuminava il letto in modo diretto, svegliandomi all'alba, ... La richiesta bizzarra, bocciata, di pagare la tassa di soggiorno all'arrivo consegnando la ricevuta alla partenza. La tassa é di 1,50€ a persona notte e non di 1€ come indicato in prenotazione. Alcune costruzioni del comprensorio sono storiche, peccato che non vi siano informazioni al riguardo.

Sehr schön angelegtes toskanisches Resort mit einzigartigem Ambiente. Der Aufenthalt am Pool war top. Die Zimmerausstattung war allerdings sehr spartanisch. An der Tür zum Zimmer gab es bereits Einbruchspuren und richtig abschließen konnte man nicht. Das Badezimmer hätte schon längst modernisiert werden müssen. WLAN oder Netz gab es im Zimmer ebenfalls nicht. Beim Frühstück kam das Personal mit dem Abräumen der Tische nicht hinterher, sodass man oft lange auf einen Tisch warten musste. Als Deutscher muss man seine Erwartungen beim Frühstücksbüffet weit herunterschrauben. Für uns war die Unterkunft leider mehr Schein als Sein.

The room we stayed at was so outdated and old. Horrible smell came from the open drain in the shower! The shower curtain was a joke and with no glass or brier around the shower the entire bathroom floor was constantly wet and our kids would slip each time! The rest of the hotel, the pool and dining is very nice but they need to pay attention to the rooms and specially the bathrooms need to be renovated with hotel standards.
