The Market Urban hotel was one of the best hotels in Europe that we’ve stayed at. The room was large and spacious, with fantastic air conditioning. Our bathroom had a tub which is rare. The staff was friendly and very helpful. The breakfast offered was really good. The location was very central to everything Florence has to offer. Without a doubt, I will stay here when we return.

I would stay at this hotel again. The location is very close to the train station and although it is very busy, you are close to the city center. However, slightly far from the Arno river and Ponte Vecchio bridge so be prepared to walk about 15 minutes. Rooms are clean and staff is very friendly. Breakfast is good and a reasonable price for the area.

Warm welcome. Very comfortable bed (although my partner was not a fan of the pillows). Surprisingly quiet considering the busy street outside. Good breakfast. Really convenient location for all Florence’s top visitor spots.

This was our first trip to Florence. We did a lot of research but even with that you’re never really sure you found the right place. We chose Market Urban based on the reviews. This hotel is not in the center of everything but really close and we think that was a benefit. It is a short seven minute walk from the train station, 10 minutes to the Duomo, 15 minutes to Academia and 20 minutes to Ufuzi Lots of restaurants nearby. By USA standards the rooms are a bit small BUT we had a comfortable king bed and a modern bathroom. Most importantly the people who work there are super friendly and helpful with things like recommendations for restaurants directions tours etc. I want to specifically thank David, Nick, Roberto and Giovani. If you are from the USA you will appreciate the breakfast . Scrambled Eggs, bacon, pancakes, croissants, fruit and yes real American coffee

案We enjoyed our stay very much. Hotel was at a great location, minutes to the train station and surrounded by eateries. Our host Giovanni was very helpful and friendly, he showed us all the places to visit on the map. Room is very clean and spacious, the only issue we faced is the wifi is unpredictable at times. All the staff are very friendly and helpful.
