From September 1st, in order to operate a hotel that is friendly to the global environment, cleaning will be carried out only if you wish for consecutive nights.
If you wish to have the room cleaned, please put a "Cleaning request tag" magnet outside the door by 9:00 AM.
*Bedding such as sheets will not be replaced.
In addition, from a hygienic point of view, the property will clean the room every 3 nights, including changing the sheets, even if there is no "cleaning request tag" posted.

【Notice of Water Outage Due to Construction Work】
We will be conducting repair work on the water supply pump during the time period indicated below. During the water outage, all water facilities in the building (including showers and toilets) will be completely unavailable.
After the work is completed, there may be some reddish-brown water (rust) when you first use the water. Please let the water run for a while before using it.
We apologize for the inconvenience and kindly ask for your understanding and cooperation in advance.

As a result, smoking is strictly prohibited both inside and outside the hotel premises, including the use of electronic cigarettes.

We would like to inform you that construction work is planned on the road in front of the hotel to install an elevator at Toei Asakusa Line Higashi-Nihonbashi Station.Construction Hours: 21:00–6:00 (except Sundays and public holidays) construction may take place depending on the progress of the work.The construction period is currently undecided but is expected to be prolonged. While we have requested that the construction team exercise maximum consideration, we appreciate your understanding and cooperation during this time.The parking lot will remain accessible as usual; however, traffic restrictions near the entrance and exit may cause inconvenience.We sincerely apologize for this short-notice announcement and thank you for your cooperation.
