Staff speaks good English. Free breakfast is fresh and healthy. Lobby is a bit small and there is nowhere to sit during breakfast hour but not a problem to me. Room is bigger than most Tokyo hotels of similar prices. Room service is decent and can chage sheets and towels everyday. Location is perfect. Can walk to Akihabara.

We had a great stay at this hotel. The room was very quiet, it was small - as expected in such a central part of Tokyo) but very functional and good for a brief stay. Breakfast was neatly organized by the staff to avoid congestion. The atmosphere was very comfortable at all times. There were some tourists (like us) but mostly Japanese people in business attire as guests. The hotel is also just 5 minutes away from JR Kanda station. The staff was very nice and professional, expecially M-san was very friendly and helpful. Thank you very much for making our stay so comfortable!

Room was very clean. We had the twin room for our family of 4. 2 adults and 2 kids (11 and 9). Each bed was 123cm which was enough space for us to share. The room itself was really small and tight, especially since we had 4 carry ons, but we managed. The beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was very good every morning, we like the smoothies. Only 5 minutes walk to Kanda station. Quiet area, not much restaurants until you walked near the station.

We stayed for a week and we were very happy with the hotel. Staff were friendly and explained everything well. The room was tight but we expected that before hand. We didn't hear anyone else, and since it's nestled between the subway and busy street, there wasn't any traffic noises save the occasional ambulance. I loved how deep the tub was. While I still had to scrunch up a bit (again we knew things would be smaller), it was lovely having bath water hit our chests versus short American tubs. It was a get crash pad from exploring all day.

I particularly enjoyed the breakfast in the bright and airy "Library Cafe". The food was an ample and delicious way to begin that day ... Everything tasted so good. In these days post Covid it's great to once again have all of the options like we had before. Will stay here again in the future.

まさかの大雪で帰宅できず。急遽宿泊しました。フロントの方の対応が素晴らしい。時間ギリギリに朝食会場に行き、諦めていましたが、「メニューは少ないですが、どうぞご利用下さい！」と案内してくれました。本当に助かりました。また利用します。

I really appreciate for the location. Only 3-4 min walk Kanda Station, next to Tokyo station. The room was super clean. Staff showed me Japanese style excellent hospitality. I really satisfied with this hotel with a reasonable price.

Check in und Check out waren sehr schnell und ohne Probleme. Service war sehr gut, uns wurde immer weiter geholfen. An der Rezeption liegen in vielen Sprachen Tour Guides für Tokyo. Das Frühstück war gut. Das Zimmer war sauber, das Badezimmer ist etwas klein. Wir waren mit dem Hotel und der Lage sehr zufrieden.

Superbra läge, nära till tunnelbanan med bra anslutningar. Fått världens bästa service av personalen då vi fastnade i Tokyo pga tyfonen Hagibis som ställde in vårt flyg. Det var inga problem att lösa fler hotellnätter i samma rum och även att få hjälp med att boka taxi eller tips på bästa resväg till flygplatsen när alla tunnelbanor var avstängda. Extra mycket tacksamhet till Saitou som jobbar i receptionen, hon pratar mycket bra engelska och hade alltid ett leende eller skämt redo när vi gick förbi och var så hjälpsam i allt kaos med tyfonen.
