The room is wellappointed. The view from the window is under construction. Please let me know in advance. There is still a week to go, but at 12.30 pm, i received a call from the hotel requesting an upgrade. Its unreasonable.

The location is fantastic! The restaurant is worth trying, including the breakfast and dinner. The personnel are incredibly kind and accommodating. The room is a little dated, but it is still very cozy and comfortable. We had a great time here this winter break. Fs has two locations in tokyo, but it is not the new one.

Great place to stay if looking for a place near Ginza. Very nice rooms (probably more on the modern side and not the cozy/warm side). People complain about train noise but it’s charming and a part of central Tokyo IMO. A noise maker app using the in room Bose speaker drowns it out at night. About a 10min walk to Ginza and <5min walk to trains. Staff are SUPER nice and friendly. Concierge made us an unforgettable sushi omakase experience. Highly recommend.

The hotel is in a very convenient location, very close to the subway station and there is also a convenience shop nearby. The hotel is very good, from service to hardware and of course the price is very good! A very comfortable stay!.

During our 15 night trip to tokyo, we had the best hotel experience possible. The level of service was outstanding. Despite it being late, one of the staff members escorted us all the way to a sushi restaurant and was able to secure a seat. Every morning when we left, the concierge and doorman welcomed us by name, and we were pleasantly greeted back in the evening. The concierge, with a special mention to keigo, was incredibly helpful in accommodating our numerous requests for restaurant reservations. The baby amenities were excellent, including a baby cot, diaper changing table, diaper bin, baby bath tub, and even some diapers! They left us a lovely card with personalized heartfelt messages from everyone on our final night, two gorgeous sake glasses, and an adorable soft toy for our infant. This felt more like a family home than just a hotel!.

I had an excellent vacation stay here - so much so that I canceled a different hotel I had booked in Tokyo to come back. Every staff member was wonderful and they went above and beyond in every way - I wish I wrote down more names, but would like to thank Quentin, Matsao, and Keiju among others. If you stay, I recommend the breakfast, which has a lovely champagne and breakfast bar - it was a lovely highlight before and the walking! Everything was very clean in rooms, just a couple areas in the spa room needed a little love in the high moisture areas. View looked out to a construction site, but I didn’t hear any noise. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

The hotel boasts a luxurious atmosphere and provides firstclass service. The rooms are spacious and bright, and the location is superb. It is conveniently located near Tokyo station, the imperial palace plaza, and otemachi, the financial center of japan.

We visited the spa there and the bar at the top. The japanese whiskey is excellent and reasonably priced. Excellent cuisine as well. The madeleines are delicious. Hot and fresh. Excellent spa treatment as well.

Tampaknya sarapan telah banyak berubah akhir-akhir ini, tetapi ketika saya pergi ke sana, itu adalah prasmanan dan pilihan hidangan utama.
