COVID changed everything and I was kinda sad to see whats going on around niseko area. bars and izakaya is closed due to COVID circumstance. Hilton niseko village works harder to prevent infections. so customers may feel inconvenience and bored. try to avoid contacts others, not talk louder, wearing mask, solo travel to reduce the risks, but i saw some people dont care about it. big change of customers quality ( i know that hotels cant choose customers) what i really feel sorry was closing bars and restaurants. but one thing doesnt change, staff provide great services 24 hours. i would like to thank you and please dont give up. 頑張ってください。

Stayed here again, becoming a very regular guest. Despite the clear drop in volume, the staff keeps exceeding all guest expectations and delivers always the best service. Clearly the best place to stay with very convenient ski valet and direct access to the gondola. The hotel onsen is a great experience and they manage it very well with limiting it to max 30 pax. We saw some good changes at breakfast time with better presentation and variety. Remember that the Teppan Grill is still available with Teservations in advance and again the experience is superb. Noticed that the rooms have sticker sealed in the door when you check in and seams it guarantees you nobody else has entered it before after cleaning and indeed this gives you some sense of very high hygiene levels. Even the TV remove has a wrapping around it so it was desinfected before. Will come back soon....

Great choice for family skiing vacation. Hotel has cool facilities to keep your skiing equipment. Lifts and rental just around the corner. Thank you, concierge Chis, for providing a great service in returning our equipment, booking restaurant and transportation. Week done :) Good breakfast, Onsen, Free shuttle to another slopes, green tracks just at the hotel doors. Highly recommended.

the hotel location is exactly the center of Niseko Village area which there are 4 parts around the Niseko Mountain in the Winter Season as usually called the powder snow in Hokkaido. the hotel room is in a good size with all amenities; refrigerator, kettle and little two couches to sightseeing some views inside the hotel room on the snow day. the hot spring onsen is a plus with indoors and outdoors to relaxing in the morning and evening during the winter trips on the mountain all days. There are lot of restaurants inside the property where our family have been to “Melt Bar” for a very good breakfast and “SiSam” under REN Restaurant for the dinner times which are all good selections and enjoyable meals with some view in the winter season. As the hotel property with lot of winter activities, I just been only surprised about no locker room or sections to store our own ski/snowboard by ourselves which is meant the only way to drop off the winter equipment to the services and they will store everything for all guests at the property. The property provide all shuttle bus around the Niseko Mountain, Sapporo City, and the inbound/outbound trips to/from New Chitose Airport with some charges on the reservations. But if there are some own car or rental car to drive around the Niseko Mountain, the property definitely will be provided the parking space without any charges during the visiting the Niseko Villages and the staying at the property.

We booked 3 nights at this hotel based on the good location and ski-in,lift out. It was indeed very convenient and you barely had to go out to get your skis and lifts/school were right next door. However, it is well overrated and it is nowhere close to a 5-star hotel. The service was of 4 star. Staff were not helpful and the housekeeping was definitely below par. Also, we have booked a bigger room but the room was small and the only "extra" space was for your luggage. It is definitely not worth the price. The hotel looked quite old and it was terribly crowded. It was during the Chinese new year so crowd was expected but the service was slow and some of the staff were borderline rude. We tried all the restaurants and although the food was good, it is definitely a much better move to take the shuttle and eat in Hirafu. This hotel is good for beginners and only if you want to learn how to ski. It is one of the most expensive hotel but apart from the location, do not expect a five-star hotel. It is just average but extremely convenient.
