A very stylish hotel with a nice bar for dirnks in the afternoon or night time. We stayed in the suite and the room is spacious with a nice jazucci facing the entrance of the castle. I agree with some of the comments that that lighting is quite dim inside the room and it will be desirable to have an few extra lambs. Other that that i am generally satisifed with the price compared to other hotels in the same vicinity.

スイートルームにお世話になりましたが、二条城の正門の目の前という最高の立地で、すごく特別感がありました。 設備も充実していて、お風呂から眺める二条城のライティングも素晴らしく、申し分なく満足でした。 が、せっかくいいお部屋なのに少しだけ残念だった点は、お部屋にあるコーヒーカップに、コーヒーの茶渋がかなり濃くこびりついていて… 当然キレイには洗って下さっているとは思いますが、素敵なお部屋で、ホテルオリジナルのコーヒーを頂こうと思ったのですが、夢から現実に戻った気がしました（笑） それと、テラスの隅のお掃除が行き届いてなく、蜘蛛の巣とホコリ、素敵な鉢に植えられた植物が見事に枯れていましたので…素敵なテラスが少しだけ残念でした。 植木のメンテナンスが出来ないくらい日々利用があるのだろうと理解しています。夜は見えないので全く気になりませんが（笑） 後はコンビニが少し行かないとない、くらいでしょうか。 静かでのんびりするにはとても良いです。 スタッフの方々もとても感じがよく、丁寧に対応して下さいました。

Great customer service, very friendly staff. We had shipped our luggage from Tokyo - when we arrived for check-in, the luggage had already been brought up into our room - amazing! Check-in was very smooth - we were served tea, presented with a video to watch on the hotel and provided with tags to ship our baggage to the next hotel. We really enjoyed talked to Is (Isaac) who coincidentally had studied in the same city/country (Toronto/Richmond Hill/Canada) we're from - hopefully one day we'll be able to meet there!

Well located hotel within walking distance of the subway (Tozai line) and opposite the Nijo-Jo castle. Rooms are spacious and well provisioned. The staff and friendly and very helpful and there is a bar serving great cocktails.

This hotel is without a doubt a hidden gem. I highly suggest it. Great trip! I cannot praise this hotel enough. Beautifully furnished, modern, and brand-new hotel. Every little detail has been considered to make the rooms both functional and visually appealing. High-end speakers, amenities, beautiful baths, showers, and the available internet-based Netflix English options are all included. Visitors to the reception area and bar area are welcomed with a lively and laid-back vibe. The staff is incredibly welcoming and helpful. Excellent English-speaking. The location is stunning, directly across from the Nio castle.

What a fantastic time! Excellently designed, contemporary, and new motel. The rooms have been meticulously thought out to be both functional and visually appealing. We later room, it was smaller spacious than we thought period the location was great , the staff was hid or miss in some areas, exceptionally nice such as Diego and some very rude like the male white person who was very tight and would not provide more bathroom SOAP or coffee creamer was also not easily accessible however, overall we enjoyed our room and amenities, and most of the staff was very kind and courteous period it was so nice that they provided us with fresh water every day bottled the tub was a very nice size and made out of real stone which was beautiful and grounding the room is very dark and on the Dem side, much darker than the photos posted from most of the rooms in their catalogue period, very walkable, right across from the temple

I’m torn a bit about this property. It has a great location across from Niko Castle and really close to the Nijojo-mae Station so it makes getting around easy. The staff is great and the place is nice and clean. My only complaint is that there was a serious lack of adequately bright lighting. There are plenty of light sources, but they’re all like 20 watt bulbs. Everything was dim, especially the bathroom. It was to the point where I was having difficulty shaving. Aside from that I enjoyed my stay there.
