Modern property. Close to kyoto station, bus stops and convenient stores. Able to store luggage at the property so we could explore before our check in time. Very comfortable, would stay here again

Service was awesome! There was a slight language barrier but staff were quick to use Google translate so we got any questions/needs resolved quickly and courteously. The only downside of this place is how small the room is, but the room size is understandable for Japan especially for the location right next to Kyoto station. We would definitely stay here again!

Nice place a few minutes walk from the main Kyoto train station. The room was larger than in most Japanese hotels that I’ve seen —the bathroom was huge by Japanese standards. Otherwise not much to say, safe, efficient spotless as is the Japanese norm. Highly recommend.

2回目の利用です。立地がとにかく便利です。地下鉄四条駅は歩いてすぐ、またバス停もすぐ近くなので、どこへいくにも便利。関西国際空港からリムジンバスで直行で徒歩4分ほどの京都駅八条口へ真っ直ぐ来れます。ルームキーが一枚作動しないトラブルは2度ありましたが、この価格でこの立地なら文句は全くないです。ファミマやCoCo壱も目の前にあり、歩き疲れて帰っても便利です。また泊まりたいです。

Nice stay in a great location. Our room was quite small so no where to put our suitcases. Bathroom was also tiny which didn’t matter too much. Value for money on this hotel was excellent so can’t complain too much. Kyoto station on its doorstep with many supermarkets which is handy. Recommend highly!

The room was clean, and the shower and ventilation fan were easy to use and comfortable. The hair dryer and pajamas were also very nice. This may be the same at all accommodations in kyoto, but you cannot pay 200 yen in advance, so be careful as you have to pay at checkin.
