這間旅館的位置極佳，鄰近車站，附近亦有澡堂，以及24小時營業的食堂與超商；旅館內附有洗衣間，這對長期住宿的旅客十分便利，且房間內也有微波爐、電磁爐和熱水壺，即使想在客房內進行簡單的料理也不是問題。

位置方便，離車站步行僅需5分鐘，週遭也有餐廳、超市、與大眾澡堂；旅館本身附設有洗衣房，對於居住日數較多的旅客相當方便；客房簡單、乾淨，熱水壺、電磁爐、維波爐俱備，唯獨偶爾會出現小型蟑螂，依猜測可能是由排水口出沒？

Very nice toiletries / shampoo / conditioner / soap. Very well-equipped room for medium-term or long-term living (including an electric stove, microwave, fridge, etc.) Very nice, long desk for work. Small mirror at desk for getting ready (or makeup) and full-sized mirror by the door for seeing entire outfits. Large bed. Relatively nice view from the window/balcony. Quiet. Has washing machine room downstairs. Can rent amenities like irons and ironing boards. Can pay for cleaning services if you live long term. Has vending machine downstairs. Very nice and helpful staff.

入住的時候已經超過10點櫃台拉下鐵門，還好還是有人值班QQ 之前入住過Mystays的房間就很喜歡這系列的飯店，這次入住的體驗也很好～兩個人活動的空間非常寬敞(也有可能是因為我們都沒有行李箱所以感覺很大XD)，房間很乾淨、床也夠大很舒適，去之前有看到部落客寫說覺得老舊潮濕原本做好了說不定房間不太OK的心理準備，結果去了覺得很好～大概只有地理位置有點微妙，日暮里出來之後看著地圖還有點找不到路XD
