【Notice of Guest Room Renovation】
In order to provide comfortable rooms for our guests, the property will be undergoing room renovation work.
We apologize for any inconvenience caused by the noise and noise pollution during this period, but we will take the utmost care to ensure the safety of our guests.

■Construction work: Interior and bathroom remodeling of 16 guest rooms on the 16th floor
■Construction period: January 5, 2025 (Sun.) - March 15, 2025 (Sat.)
■Work hours: 09:00AM - 06:00PM
(scheduled hours for noise generation are 10:00AM - 04:00PM, but this may change depending on the progress of construction. However, this is subject to change depending on the progress of the construction work.)


According to local tax regulation, effective from October 1, 2018 guests should pay accommodation tax surcharge directly to the property upon check-in (per person per night):
Tax JPY 200 - for room rate of JPY 19,999 and under per night.
Tax JPY 500 - for room rate between JPY 20,000 and JPY 49,999 per night.
Tax JPY 1,000 - for room rate of JPY 50,000 and over per night.
The property will be temporarily closed due to electrical system equipment transaction in accordance with the Electricity Utilities Act from Monday, 17 February 2025, 11:00 A.M. until Tuesday, 18 February 2025, 11:00 A.M. (scheduled).
