・良かった点スタッフの親切な対応。慇懃無礼な感じも無く適度な丁寧さ。施設の清潔感。・イマイチな点近隣客室の声や音が結構聞こえる。提携駐車場(有料)の台数が少ない。狭くて大型車は何度も切り返しが必要。

興福寺、元興寺まで歩いてすぐの場所にあります。朝、散歩するのに非常に良いです。ホテル館内も非常に清潔です。ロビーも広く、テーブルも3つあり快適です。

親切で親しみのあるスタッフさんたちのお陰で充実した奈良滞在となりました。お花祭りでいただいた甘茶を体験できたり面白いプランがあったりと地域密着でありながら機能的なホテルだと思います。ドリンクサービスの時間帯も長く、図書サービスも多彩な書籍で、たくさん利用しました。ロケーションも良く、また泊まりたいと思います。

昼は暑く、夜は肌寒い４月下旬の日でした。機能的に暖房しか使えなかったので、冷房も使いたかったと思いました。また、テレビ音の響きがおかしいと感じる時がありました。寝る時、何かの重めの振動音が結構気になりました。夜は肌寒かったので、お布団が薄く感じられました。ですが、総じての感想は、上品な素敵なホテルで、立地もとても良かったです。スタッフの方々はにこやかで優しかったです。とても好きなホテルになりました。感謝です。
