You get what you pay for, it’s cheap and very central only 15 minute walk to ueno station. Got okay bath facilities.

I love staying at this hotel because it has easy access, you can go through the Tokyo metro subway hibya line, get off at iriya station, exit 2, and walk around 650 meters to the hotel. The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful if you need any help.

It has a good vibe and is immaculate. Every morning at 10 oclock, they tidy the room. The hotel provides shampoo, toothpaste, and tan dryer, as well as shaver in idly shower in separate rooms.

I stayed there for the first time and had a great time. The hotel is 2 months old, very new and clean like always i stay there. There is no ventilator in the capsules, but you dont really need it, and the staff adjusts the air conditioning when you want. Bed is comfortable. Iriya station is 10 minutes walk from the hotel and ueno station 20 minutes away. Around you are tavern, 7/11, some good restaurants, family market, etc.

I stayed there for 6 days and my experience was by far the best. The staff are amazing and respectful, they made my day great, welcomed me into their hotel and made me feel like i mattered out of all the hotels ive remained in over the years this one beats it all rooms are always cleaned and the service is great and straight to the point. I say this with honesty and sincerity. Thank you hotel prele for allowing me to stay and helping me. Next year, ill definitely be back.

This location is excellent if you are a nonsmoker and dont carry anything valuable larger than i can carry around, such as pens or gaming consoles. The lockers provided are so small that they are insufficient for carrying valuable items you dont want to carry with you, like pcs or laptops, but besides that, there isnt anywhere to smoke unless you smoke, the owner directed me to the direction of ea park, however, no smoking area is present, ive checked the map, and the closest smoking zone is two blocks away. Perhaps they should draw en route to it based on their belief that there exists one nearby. Its incredibly cozy, spotless, etc.
