Wonderful hotel! The location is great just 2 or 3 mins walk from Kyoto station, even though the gps sometimes indicates a very complicated route once you familiarize with the area is very easy to get around. Nice staff, easy check in and check out, they will hold your bags if you arrive early, so you can explore while you room is ready. Our room has a great size, and was very clean. Safe neighborhood. I definitely will stay again in there.

Room is very small but the facilities are pretty new. There’s barely no ventilation in the room. After one night, the room is very moisture. Other than that, very good experience.

Love this boutique hotel, it's new, spotless clean, very convenient location, 7 mins walk from Kyoto station. There are tons of restaurants at the Kyoto station for food choices and some nice small local restaurants near the hotel. Transportation is easy access with buses subway 3 mins away.. It's definitely price for the value. I'd love to stay here again.

Staff is excellent and very close to Kyoto station which offer widw variety of restarurants and shopping. The rooms are spacious according to Japan standards.

Our first night wasn’t great as there was a very irritating noise coming through the window. We slept with earplugs and asked to switch rooms the following day. The staff was very accommodating and our new room was much better. We loved the location (close to the station) and made good use of the common space in the lobby. Would definitely recommend this hotel and will stay again next time we visit Kyoto!

5 malam nginep di sini, dan puas banget. Hotel baru, chic. Terbilang luas utk ukuran hotel di Jepang. Lokasinya sangat dekat dengan Kyoto station dan Kyoto Avanti (utk terminal limousine bus ke/dari KIX). Mau ke aeon mall, tinggal jalan. Hotelnya bersih. Kl ke Kyoto, pengen nginep disini lagi..

Absolutely loved this hotel! Very close and convenient to the station. Staff was very friendly and they let us leave our luggage before check in and after checkout. Rooms were very clean and quiet. I felt safe and had a very good stay! The room size was on the smaller side but that is customary for Japan. I did not find the space much of an issue.

This hotel is 5 minutes walk from Kyoto Station, plenty shopping and dining in the neighborhood. The hotel is clean and quiet, staffs are nice and helpful. We (4 seniors) like the lounge on the first floor.

Staff was very accommodating in accepting our luggage for delivery and shipping it to our next hotel and to the airport. There are several staff that speak a multitude of languages, English and Mandarin being some of them. There is a coin laundry service, and staff is willing to exchange bills for usable coins. This hotel is very close to the station and a few popular food and shopping options.

Hotel The M's Kyoto was really easy to get to from Kyoto station. Our rooms were clean and modern with some nice views. We would definitely stay here again. We also enjoyed the Kyoto Avanti shopping mall nearby and highly recommend the soba shop in the basement floor.
