[Tax] For reservations made after October 1, 2023, accommodation tax is not included in the accommodation price. Please pay separately at the hotel.
According to Kyoto City ordinance, from October 1, 2018, accommodation tax will be charged per person per night (less than 20,000 yen: 200 yen, 20,000 yen or more but less than 50,000 yen: 500 yen, 50,000 yen or more: 1,000 yen).
Pets are strictly not allowed at the property.
From May 8, 2023, our employees will respect the independent choice of individuals and will voluntarily wear masks.
If the name on the guest's passport is different from the name on the reservation, we may not be able to accommodate you. We apologize for the inconvenience, but please make sure to register the full name of the guest on the reservation as it appears on the guest's passport. If you did not register the guest's name at the time of reservation, please change the guest's name on the confirmation page of the reservation details.We prohibit the resale of reservations to others, or any reservation activities deemed for commercial purposes.
