受付、清掃員の対応よし、部屋の清潔感は良かった。空調操作は各部屋では出来ず、最初やや暖か目だった。またサービス用の水は冷蔵庫に入ってなかったのは残念でした。

Overall, despite the hotel's shabby appearance, our stay was excellent. Located just a 5-minute walk from the train station, location checking was quite simple and there were a few eateries along the way. We checked quickly, and we were assigned a room on the highest level, corner room 1105, which is quite roomy, and cost 32 sums. The onset and laundry facilities were the primary reasons we reserved this hotel. For security, women must unlock the onset with the room key because the start was on the ground level. Laundry had one washing machine and one dryer on the ground floor. Just input 300 yen and the washer's washing powder will automatically disperse. The drying cycle runs for 30 minutes on a cycle of 100 yen. Breakfast varied by day, and it was restricted. There are no concerns since it is free of charge.

部屋はリニューアルされたところなのかとてもきれいで快適でした。温泉付きで朝食サービスでしたら本当にお値打ちだと思います。アメニティグッズや冷蔵庫の有料飲料が部屋にない件は、無駄がなく歓迎です。唯一、調度品の布張りの椅子にシミが目立ったことが要改善です。ありがとうございました。

Very clean, medium sized room. Fast internet. High-pressure hot shower. Comfy beds. The small onsen on the second floor was a surprise! 10 mins walk to the station. Nagano was just a stopover point for us, so we didn't spend much time. There are restaurants nearby. The breakfast was ok. Paid parking.
