If the name on the guest's passport is different from the name on the reservation, we may not be able to accommodate you. We apologize for the inconvenience, but please make sure to register the full name of the guest on the reservation as it appears on the guest's passport. If you did not register the guest's name at the time of reservation, please change the guest's name on the confirmation page of the reservation details.We prohibit the resale of reservations to others, or any reservation activities deemed for commercial purposes.
The hotel entrance is on the 2nd floor of the Sakuramachi Kumamoto shopping complex.
Our hotel does not have a dedicated parking lot, so we will guide you to the two affiliated parking lots below.
Please note that there is no reservation system and both parking lots are on a first-come, first-served basis.

Fee: 1,800 yen (per night) Affiliated hours: 15:00 to 11:00 the next day

*Please note that an additional fee will be charged for use outside of the affiliated hours .
