I had a hard time checking out. because the front desk staff couldn't work with the sales team. The room is clean and comfortable as told just refurbished. The toilet is small, not suitable for expats. The breakfast is good, lots of people came during holidays. Hopefully it will be improved because the condition of the room is clean and comfortable.

Hotel ini memiliki fasilitas yang cukup lengkap. Bobby luas, parkiran luas, ada kolam renang dan lainlain. Kamar bersih meskipun tidak terlalu luas, staf ramah, fasilitas oke, makanan sarapan prasmanan juga cocok. Dari luas bangunan hotel ini terkesan tua namun saat saya masuk saya mendapati kamarkamarnya sudah direnovasi dan ada sentuhan modern. Yang mengejutkan di dalam kamar selain air mineral juga diberikan komplemen mi seduh. Meski terkesan sederhana tetapi mungkin ini satusatunya hotel di Malaysia yang memberikan pelengkap camilan seperti itu. Hehe. Jika Anda masih tetap lapar di sekitar hotel ini, banyak pilihan tempat bersantap. Bahkan ada yang buka 24 jam. Lokasinya memang strategis di kawasan Mitc.

The breakfast menu was delicious and very convenient. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. I've visited Bali and stayed here several times, and this place is also very nice. They served breakfast and it is served with a macdaroni place too.
