Halaman hotelnya besar dan bagus untuk berjalan kaki. Anak-anak senang memberi makan ikan mas dan meminta untuk melakukannya lagi. Anda dapat melihat Gunung Fuji dari kamar x 05 atau x 06. Tidak ada yang bisa kami lakukan tentang hal ini, tetapi sangat disayangkan kompleks apartemen sedang dibangun tepat di depan Gunung Fuji.

Hotel ini adalah salah satu hotel terbaik di Gotemba. Tempat tidurnya besar. Kateringnya luar biasa. Pemandangan dari lantai 12 sangat bagus dan Gunung Fuji indah di pagi hari. Taman di halaman sangat indah sehingga menjadi blockbuster!

Apart from the receptionists service, everything was perfect. We were served by a male employee at the reception, and we found his service to be unprofessional and awkward. We werent sure if he was uncomfortable speaking english or if he generally has a different attitude towards us than the locals. We had been observing and he would greet the locals very enthusiastically while greeting us, he didnt even greet us with a simple good morning while we greeted him. For a fourstar hotel, having someone at the front desk who can treat every customer equally and respectfully would be beneficial. However, other staff members were always very polite and smiled.

Lingkungan hotel seperti taman dan menghadap Gunung Fuji (yang sayangnya bangunannya menghalangi pemandangan). Saya menginap tanpa makan, tetapi kamarnya luas dan pemandangannya bagus. Tinggal di kamar ganda mewah di sisi Hakone. Saya berkesempatan mengunjungi Izu dan bermalam di Gotemba dalam perjalanan pulang. Saya menginap di kamar dengan pemandangan Hakone menggunakan denah kamar saja. Lagipula, kamarnya luas. Kamar twin dengan dua tempat tidur ukuran double. Kamar mandinya terbuat dari kaca dan wastafelnya sangat besar dan sangat bersih. Ada juga sofa yang dapat menampung 2- 3 orang, jadi Anda dapat bersantai. Pemandangan dari lantai atas hotel juga luar biasa. Kamar mandinya dilengkapi dengan fasilitas seperti pengering rambut dan losion dan tentunya sangat bersih. Kamar mandinya luas dan tidak terlalu ramai, jadi itu adalah momen yang menyenangkan. Staf sangat mudah dipahami dan bimbingannya sangat sopan dan baik hati! Itu sesuai dengan Tuhan. Saya sangat ingin menggunakannya lagi!

The hotel itself was beautiful--pristine and well maintained. Spacious, comfortable rooms. Gotemba was a bit difficult to get around in--sometimes of the day there were no taxis available. Make sure to consider this when coming here.

Our second stay at this hotel. We were here about 9 years ago but the hotel didnt look old. Things were well maintained and clean. A good location for shopping at gotemba premium outlet, a few minutes drive away.

Kamarnya luas dan pelayanannya sangat profesional. aplikasi tidak akurat dalam mencari informasi. Keluar dari gerbang utama hotel, belok kanan dan masuk ke jalan utama. Ada 6 tangga kecil. Belok kiri untuk mencapai Gotemba I yang sangat nyaman. Saya juga memberi anak saya hadiah kecil di hari ulang tahunnya.

Menginap satu malam di kamar deluxe di gedung utama bersama anak saya yang berusia 1 tahun dan 3 tahun. Kamarnya luas dan dua tempat tidur besar bisa menampung empat orang dengan nyaman. Kamar mandi memiliki area mencuci, sangat cocok untuk keluarga dengan anak kecil. Setelah anak-anak tidur, kami menikmati pemandian air panas yang sederhana namun bersih dan pemandian terbukanya sangat bagus. Itu mungkin hotel yang layak dan saya menginap di sana pada hari Sabtu, tetapi memiliki pemandian air panas, restoran, check-in dan check-out dan tidak banyak tamu lain. Lift akan segera datang. Sarapan adalah makanan Jepang yang disajikan di kamar pribadi. Termasuk kursi makan bayi (tanpa sabuk). The hotel is the best hotel in gotemba. The room is spacious, and the service is excellent. The scenery on the 12th floor is excellent, and sunrise views of mount fuji are breathtaking. The garden in the courtyard is stunning, making it an unforgettable experience!.

I was a little surprised when the hotel staff came out to greet me. Nice and comfortable hotel near the gotemba ic highway bus stop. Love the hot spring, garden, foot spa, and night fountain. I only stayed one night.
