Super hôtel, Super propre, Super secteur, Juste au dessus d'un 7eleven, super proche du métro. Nous avons eu une petit appartement avec cuisinette/frigidaire et 2 chambres séparées (pour une famille de 4).

Lokasi hotel ini sangat bagus. Ada beberapa kereta bawah tanah dan JR di dekatnya, 7- Eleven di lantai dasar, FamilyMart dan Lawson keduanya berjarak 1 menit, dan ada dua supermarket berukuran sedang yang berjarak 3 menit berjalan kaki. Sangat nyaman untuk membeli persediaan. Konter sangat ramah dan akan segera membantu Anda jika Anda memiliki pertanyaan. Kualitas dan kebersihan MIMARU sesuai dengan toko lain, sehingga membuat orang merasa nyaman dan puas. Kali ini saya menginap di kamar terhubung yang sangat cocok untuk rombongan keluarga!

The room was excellent. The location is peaceful and has quick access to everything. Service was average. We were charged an additional $50 for a 20minute late checkout after not serving our room for four days. Probably look for another place to stay next time.

Mimaru has been a wonderful host to us! The rooms are excellent, although they are small. The service is excellent. The location is excellent for accessibility to train stations, with a 711 literally in the lobby. However, be aware that this entire area is more businessoriented than touristoriented, so it is quieter, and shops and restaurants close early and open late.

Location is great for travellers who’ll take the Shinkansen for the next journey of their trip. Having a konbini with a currency exchange machine is very convenient. The staff responded to our inquiries and requests at a timely manner. Property is well-maintained. The pics in Mimaru’s website show a good representation of the suites we booked.

Lokasinya tidak jauh dari stasiun kereta bawah tanah, ada 711 di lantai bawah dan ada supermarket di dekatnya. Lingkungannya bersih dan rapi, ada tempat tidur susun dan kamar dengan dua tempat tidur single untuk empat orang, dengan dapur kecil dan ruang tamu. Rasanya seperti di rumah sendiri setelah menginap tiga hari. Saya merasa sangat dekat dengan Ginza Tsukiji dan nyaman untuk berbelanja dan makan. Saya ingin tinggal di sini lagi lain kali saya datang ke Tokyo!

Our experience at this Mimaru location was wonderful. The front desk staff were not only helpful and knowledgeable but also genuinely pleasant, making our stay even more enjoyable. The accommodation was conveniently located near several train stations, and having a 7-Eleven right downstairs was incredibly handy. Additionally, the on-site laundry facilities were a great bonus and worked perfectly, adding to the overall convenience and comfort of our stay.

The location is in the city center, about a 5minute walk from the nearest subway station and about a 5minute drive from tokyo station. A fairly safe and quiet area. Our hotel room is quite new and spacious by japanese standards, with all the necessary amenities. The view from our 14thfloor room is also amazing. There are plenty of wall power outlets with usb plugs in the room and near the beds. The staff are nice, kind, and speak very good english, unlike other hotels in japan. The room is a bit expensive, but i assume it is in the same range as other hotels nearby, as they are in the city center. There are also many good restaurants and minimarts in this area. Try to avoid those places during normal lunchtime and peak hours, as the line of office workers outside those places keeps getting longer and longer by the minute. Highly recommended! If we ever visit japan again, we would stay here again.

Fourth trip to Tokyo and this was the best hotel we’ve stayed at, so far. So much space compared to most other Japanese hotels. Staff were all polite and easy to communicate with. Location is good as it’s between two subway stations, close to Tokyo Station, and direct JR line to Tokyo Disney Resort. 7-Eleven on the first floor was so helpful. Did not have any issues with the cleaning schedule. We used the free luggage storage area after check-out since we had a later flight on our last day. Overall, a 5-star experience.

My family and i had a great time during our stay. A 7-11 and a pharmacy are located directly below. There are numerous restaurants in the vicinity. I would suggest that families stay here.

The location is also great, just a 3minute walk from the train station. The room is great and spacious. The staff are amazing and always do their best to provide everything we need. I will definitely be back there.

We stayed at Mimaru Tokyo Station East for 5 nights. We are a family of 5- with two teenagers and a 10 year old. The room had two showers a bath and two toilets, a small kitchen and seating area. There were two bedrooms -one containing two single beds and a bunk and the other with two singles. While the area is not the most exciting part of tokyo we chose it because it allowed us to easily travel to disney and the other activities we had planned. We were happy with the location and found it incredibly convenient. The staff were incredibly pleasant and helpful and the 7/11 was directly downstairs which was very convenient. The restaurant Saizeriya on level 2 was a good option for dining when we were too tired to walk. We liked Denny’s down the road for a la carte breakfast.

The hotel staff is excellent at speaking english fluently and having good explanations. Its simple to deliver luggage to the airport. Room number 810. To make showering in the bathtub easier, additional shower head holder should be installed directly in the bathtub. Additional hooks for hanging clothes should be installed either behind the door or on the wall in the toilet. Housekeeping is performed every fourth night, but it is still considered acceptable. Daily cleaning of the bedsheets, towels, and trash bags. The living room, sofa, and dining table make up the room. If feasible, include a washing machine and ironing board. It would be great if laundry service offered sameday laundry and delivery. Also included is an air purifier. Kitchen supplies and dishes are all wellequipped. Includes a microwave and mini oven. Knives, dishes, and dishes are all provided. However, bottled water is not provided for environmental reasons. The location is close to most metro lines, but if you need a jr pass, you can walk a few steps further from hatchobori station. There is a 711 store nearby.

We stayed at this hotel with 5 adults and 2 children and we were traveling with an apartment style room with a connecting door. It was so much space! There were 8 beds total. We loved having a small fridge and kitchen. There is a 7/11 right at the bottom of the hotel and so many great restaurants in this area. Tokyo station is about a 1 mile walk away and the fish market is very close. You can easily take public transportation cab or train. The staff is very nice. They also have a place to store your luggage if you cant check in yet or need to check out but arent leaving the area yet. I will stay here again. Its perfect for families.

This place is amazing, especially if you have a young family. If you can, get a twobedroom apartment, and everything is convenient and easy with the train system. Dont waste your jr pass, get sucia on your iphone until you are ready for long trips.
