・There is no smoking booth in our hotel. If you smoke, please book a smoking room (smoking room is on the 3rd floor).
・Other than suites and deluxe rooms, bathrooms have only a shower booth (no bathtub). A multi-shower head made by Grohe (R) is installed in the shower booth.
・The windows of the standard room and the deluxe room face the adjacent building and there is no view.
・There is no private parking lot for the hotel.
・ The front desk is open until 21:00. Check-in method is different after 21:00, so please contact us in advance. (Night staff will be available at night after 9 pm (some services are limited)).
・ For security reasons, the entrance will be locked from 21:00 to 7:00. If you are checking in after 21:00, please contact us using the intercom outside the front door. Guests can unlock the entrance with the room key.
・There is no ice machine in the hotel. Please make it with the ice maker in the indoor freezer, or purchase it at a nearby supermarket or convenience store.
・ Check-in time and cleaning frequency will vary depending on the plan. So please be sure to check.

Check-in is available 24 hours. Concierge is available until 9:00PM.
Housekeeping service depends on the plan you applied for.
