[About cleaning during your stay]
・Amenities and towels will be replaced and replenished daily.
・Sheets and loungewear will be changed once every 4 days during cleaning.
*If you stay for 4 nights or more, our cleaning staff will clean the property once every 4 days for hygiene reasons.
Please let us know your desired date at check-in.

[Luggage mailing and storage]
If you are sending luggage to the property prior to your arrival, please indicate the name of the person making the reservation and check-in date.
Up to 5 pieces of luggage can be stored free of charge per person (charges apply for the 6th piece and above)
*Food and items that require refrigerated storage cannot be accepted.

[Tax] Based on the Kyoto City Ordinance, accommodation tax will be charged according to the accommodation fee.
*Accommodation tax is included in the price at the time of reservation.
[If the accommodation rate is 19,999 yen or less per night]: 200 yen per person per night
[If the accommodation rate is between 20,000 yen and 49,999 yen per night]: 500 yen per person per night
[If the accommodation fee is 50,000 yen or more per night]: 1,000 yen per person per night

Breakfast is served from 07:00 AM to 09:30 AM.
Property not accept requests for room type changes. If you have a preferred room type, please make a reservation for that specific room type.
The property will be conducting exterior wall repair work on the building from January 6, 2025, to mid-March 2025.
During the construction period, temporary noise and vibrations may occur due to scaffolding and other work.
However, the property will take the utmost care to ensure the quality of our services.
