Hotel ini adalah permata sejati untuk perjalanan pasangan. Kamarnya sangat luas (kami berada di kamar di atas tangga) dan memiliki kamar mandi besar selain sauna itu sendiri di dalam kamar. Lokasinya sangat bagus karena 5 menit dari stasiun Asakusa dan 3 menit dari Kuil Senso-ji. Kawasan yang sangat tenang dan damai. Sempurna untuk istirahat. Kamar memiliki lampu, speaker, dan semua fasilitasnya. Beberapa hal yang perlu ditingkatkan: tangan kucing kecil dalam pemeliharaan (di langit-langit terdapat handuk yang menyatukan 2 pipa). Staf tidak berbicara bahasa Inggris dan cukup sulit berkomunikasi. Tinggalkan instruksi dalam bahasa Inggris tentang sauna dan minyak. Sedikit memperbaiki penataan teras. Ada banyak barang yang disimpan di sana dan kami tidak ingin pergi ke teras. Terlepas dari detailnya, hotel ini sangat bagus, dengan kamar yang sangat luas dan lokasi yang tidak ada duanya.

saya suka dengan hostel ini tetapi saya tidak suka dengan aplikasi ini, hostel ini hanya bisa check in 7.30-22.00 tetapi di aplikasi ini menamplikan resepsionis 24 jam, membuat saya dalam masalah karena saya tiba di hostel ini subuh dan ternyata tidak bisa check in, yang lebih parah aplikasi ini tidak membantu ataupun memberikan solusi.

I cannot complain anything. Worthy every penny we paid. I used almost all facilities of hotel. Dinner and breakfast were not much but enough and very delicious. Outdoor onsen with snow and Fujisan view was perfect. Bar, library, internet were decorated in style with personally area. Room with terrace area can show you lake and Fujisan view. All staffs treated you as well as your family. Here is diamond of Kawaguchiko.
