スタッフのサービスも非常によく、ラウンジでの食事やグランドカフェでのライチブッフェも美味しかったです。眺めも良く、立派なジムとプールもあります。オールラウンドのホテルで、自分は非常に満足しました。おすすめです。 I have stayed at this hotel several times. All staff were very polite and friendly. Breakfast and cocktail time at the club lounge were very delicious. Lunch buffet was also delicious worth your money. I like the newly upgraded Gym alot! Indoor pool was very warm even during winter time. I am actually have made several reservations for the coming months. Located at Tokyo Disney Land area with very nice views as well...all-rounds hotel! Very recommend!

Visited in August to spend time in the outdoor Garden Pool. Pool reservations were required. Time was limited to three and a half hours, which was not really enough. They say they limit guest numbers due to COVID, however it was extremely crowded and all parasols were sold out (there is a charge for these). I counted 5 parasols which were not used my entire stay at the pool. The hotel should monitor these. If guests reserve them but do not show up, please give them to people who actually need them. The Garden Pool really needs to provide more parasols, and they absolutely need to consider families with young children. We have a 3 year old and were unable to find any space with shade. This is unacceptable and honestly dangerous. Sheraton Grande Tokyo Bay needs to take this issue more seriously. Other than the issues above, the pool is a lot of fun and great for young children (lots of shallow space). There's also a waterfall which is very exciting. We stayed in an Ocean Dream room with a garden view. These have a nice view of the garden and pool and have 2 or more beds. Room was clean and beds comfortable. Bath is a shower/tub combination. I would have preferred separate shower and tub as pictured in some of their descriptions. We had both dinner and breakfast (included) at the Grand Cafe. Dinner was nice, food was fresh, with a large variety, but far too expensive for vegetarians like myself. Over ¥6000 per person! I feel almost cheated, there's no way I received the value in which I paid for. Unfortunately, there were NO other options available. I contacted the hotel beforehand and they confirmed both Maihama Teppanyaki and Asuka did not offer vegetarian options. Check in (Sunday) and check out (Monday) were extremely slow. Far too slow for a Marriott Bonvoy hotel. And I had an issue with charging my room upon check in. Why not charge me upon check out, after I charge the pool and restaurant to my room? There's no need for this in 2020.

First of all, this hotel is very conveniently located very near to Disneyland (Which is a great place to visit!), yet I believe there is much more to the hotel than it's location. The rooms are modern and have a great deal of items, ours had a bed, sofa, desk, well equipped bathroom, wall to wall carpet, large TV and so much more! All of this was partnered with high standards of cleanliness and tidiness. What really stands out in this resort is the amazing amenities, one day it was raining hence we were not able to go to Disneyland however we had an amazing day in the hotel - there was a warm heated indoor pool, an arcade and a kids play area (and free ice cream ;) - always a plus! ). Since it was quite cold when we went we were unable to try the outdoor pool. The food is just absolutely outstanding! We ate most of our food in the Club Sheraton where the food is just bursting with flavour and really gives a good impression, they also held afternoon tea and evening snacks there which really stood out from other Marriott Clubs, the in room dining was fabulous for when you were tired from the day and just wanted a meal. If I were to give 1 point for improvement, I would like a shorter check in time (We didn't know about the Marriott Bonvoy Check-in, and I am sure many other travellers won't/didn't), we waited for an hour to check-in and there was only one check in desk open out of the many.

I stayed here for 4 nights in early Feb with my son. We were allocated a fairly quiet room on the top floor of the Park Wing. Some neighbour noise from slamming doors, but it wasn't too bad. Basic bathroom: felt like pre-fabricated construction. Lounge on level 12 of the main building was nice enough, but it was extremely crowded when we were there. Some days there was a q to get into the lounge for breakfast or evening drinks! Limited free shuttle to Maihama station, but close to the monorial station on the DIsney line (also with a free shuttle, but not really necessary given the very short distance involved). We took the direct airport limousine bus service which was convenient, but slow as it stopped at various other hotels. Nothing in the vicinity for eating: stuck with the hotel. Good view over Tokyo Bay from the lounge. Free WiFi worked well.

It was good, but not great. 3 nights stay at this huge factory-like & old-fashioned hotel; especially the lift lobbies, room corridors, and bedrooms. We booked 2 rooms; Family Premium 5-beds room at Level 11 & 12 (There is only 1 Family Premium room available at each level), including Club Access. Disney monorail station to get to DisneyLand / DisneySea / Disney Resort Ikspiari Mall; is located right-across the road (2-mins walk) from the hotel, or just hop on the scheduled free busses transporting you from the hotel to the monorail station, or Maihama JR Line Station. Very convenient hotel for visiting Disney parks. Check-in & Check-out was fast. We even bought all our 2-Days Passes to DisneyLand & DisneySea at the Disney counter. There is also a Courier/Packaging Service counter. Both available next to Reception. A Disney Merchandise shop is available here too in case you missed shopping inside Disney parks. We arrived a bit early and rooms were not ready, so we were allowed to wait at the Club, just in-time for the Tea-time buffet. Room: Our room was spotlessly clean, really spacious with 2 small double beds and 3 singles. But quite old-looking and room was a bit stuffy. The beds made funny-sound every time you moved while sleeping. Bathroom is separated; a WC room (no seat-warmer), and a bathroom (complete with Hot Shower, Bath-tub, dresser). Club Access: All Breakfast (starts at 6 AM), Tea and Dinner (5-7 PM) Buffets at CLub Lounge - Level 12. Limited choices of food, but still tasty. Friendly staffs at the Club. Bottomless Fresh Juices and Hot-Chocolate were the highlight. Spa & Pool: Outdoor swimming-pool were closed when we were there during winter, but there is an Indoor swimming-pool with Spa access - inclusive with the Room. Really nice! Overall, the hotel needed some upgrade / uplift to live up to their "Sheraton Hotels" flagship brand and high-end luxury status. But it's still a convenient "Transit" hotel, you'll enjoy it.
