A large amount of items or large luggage that must be kept in refrigerator/freezer cannot be deposit at the property.
Children aged 6 years and older will be charged the same rate as adults.

The property will hold sent items for a maximum of one week before check-in.
The shipping label must contain the check-in date and name of guest booking when sending luggage or mails to the property.
