The hotel does not accept any packages or mails sending to the hotel in advance.
Any packages or mails should be sent to the hotel during guests stay.
Guests are responsible for receiving the packages by themselves at the hotel.

【Accommodation tax】 City accommodation tax will be enforced from April 1, 2020 and will be collected upon check-in. The accommodation tax rate per person per night is as follows:
In Fukuoka City, tax of JPY 200 will be charged for room rates of JPY 19,999 and under per night, and tax of JPY 500 will be charged for room rates of JPY 20,000 and over per night.
In Fukuoka Prefecture excluding Fukuoka City, tax of JPY 200 will be charged for all room rates.
Children 6 years and over must use an extra bed.
For guests who would like to check in after 9:00 pm, please provide the flight information upon booking and contact the hotel in advance to confirm the arrival time and date.
Please note that the check in is allowed at 3:00 pm. For early check in, an extra charge will be applied at the reception.

From April 1, 2025: ¥1,650 per person per night (tax included)
If you select "with breakfast" at the time of booking, the breakfast fee is included in the price.
Even if you select "room only" at the time of booking, you can still request breakfast upon arrival.
