location: slightly out of the way but it’s nice and quiet for those who want to unwind after a long day. lawson, 7-11, family mart and mini stop are all situated close to the hotel, train stations are a few minutes’ walk away. food options are aplenty, and you can do plenty of shopping in ginza room: clean and spacious enough, housekeeping is great, offers amazing views of the city especially at night. amenities provided are top notch, expected of hotels in japan

The front desk staff is very helpful and friendly, especially 九木田，she is wonderful and excellent. The breakfast buffet is impressive with lots of varieties. We can taste authentic Japanese food. The location of this hotel is very convenient, five minutes walk to 新橋站。

This place was amazing! We traveled from California. The staff was very accommodating and nice. It’s in a beautiful high rise and you can see Tokyo Tower from some rooms. Restaurant was good and we got breakfast one morning that was also good. Quick walk to 7/11 and transit. Rooms are commonly small in Japan but our queen room worked out fine. Thoughtful amenities, and AC. Also be mindful that Japan is a humid country so if anyone is complaining about smell it’s probably just that and also if you bring food into your room the smell sticks - they provide a nice room spray if you need it. Anyway, loved this hotel.

Great property! Convenient to go around. Rooms are a bit smaller but not much of an issue! Overall very nice. They have the lobby on Level 18 which is quite large and with awesome views of the skyline.
